Location was great

Looks as if some updates have been completed, but room smelled musty and elevator needed cleaned and wiped down. Having a table right outside the front door with constant smokers seemed like I stepped back into the 80's. Lobby was clean

The price

The hotel was dirty. Stairwell was a mess. Remote, nightstand, tile floors, tv all were dirty. The water could not be contained in the shower so it went all over the floor. The hotel felt very tired, like it needed a lot of work. Just too dirty.

The check-in desk clerk was so very professional and courteous to us. We was not familiar with the area and he was very helpful in giving us directions to the location of the establishment that we had to be at that night.

It’s a beautiful hotel. We only had one minor issue with the room, but nothing that needed immediate attention. We informed the check-out clerk about it and he immediately credited a work order to have it looked at.

We came to Mocksville for an all day meeting my husband had. The front desk allowed me to stay in the room until 2pm on the day of check out so I could be comfortable while I waited. That was REALLY unexpected & kind.

Stink bugs consistently in room. Hotel unwilling to refund stay. Constantly had to get rid of stink bugs. Had to leave hotel early and find other accommodations.

Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, close to end work location.

Good location for us. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had issues. The breakfast was standard and well stocked.

Better lighting over the sink area.

Diesel engine bus idelling right outside the room for hours before I complained and the staff had the driver turn off the engine...that was the last thing I wanted to hear after all day driving the expressway.

Locatiom was good. Right off the highway and near food places, gas stations and a Walmart.

Sink stopped up. Last guest hair in sink snd on floor in bathroom. Toilet barely flushed. Smeelled old. Tv wasnt set to a station when cutting on so had to figure that out. Telephone did not work. Remote control looked nasty. Was not worth the price.

Clean room, awesome hot eggs & sausage breakfast with juice selection and decaf tea!

It was close for Family members. Breakfastvwss hot and tasty

It is old with smelly hallways and dripping faucets.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very clean but the room could have been a little cleaner. There were a couple chips on the floor that the vacuum must have missed and there were crumbs on the sofa. Other than that we had a good stay. Also, they had a decent breakfast.

Great location off of Interstate 40.

In the short over night stay I had, I killed 7 stink bugs. When checking out I told the front desk and was told its that time of the year and they're everywhere. Although that is true it was no excuse for the all the bugs that came through the window seal

Clean and staff was very welcoming.

There was no breakfast, which when making the reservation it was said that they would offer breakfast.

It was clean and quiet.

The price was more than what I usually pay.

The first room we got was a mess, unclean, they moved us to another, much better room and apologized.

Did not like that it said free breakfast but only had drinks. Understand that with COVID things but would have liked to have been informed when checking in so we could prepare.

Hotel key needed to open back door. Good coffee.

Very disappointed there was no hot food! Covid is just a pathetic excuse! Great to see your pool was open though.

Good size and clean room.

Room key did not initially provide access for exterior doors upon check-in. Front desk person resolved immediately by reprogramming the key.

The hotel manager tried to fraudulently charge us $250 for room cleaning stating that we were smoking in there and when I told him I will call the police and report this he quickly dismissed the matter
