Hampton Inn Greensboro-East/McLeansville

The only thing I can think of is it was shelter on a rainy windy night.

The room was not at the level of cleanliness I would expect even for a budget hotel. It had a smell of mold or need of carpet cleaning. Some of the pillow cases were stained and there were particles of dirt in one of the beds. poor maintenance

Cleanliness of the breakfast area and selection.

Fit and finish of the room furniture, carpet and bathroom fixtures needs work.

The room was clean the bed was totally broken springs noises coming from flat mattress box spring completely broke. I tried to slleep but back hurt so bad by 4:00 AM COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE. Went to front desk to ask for a change but they had none.

They still charged me for the night which was the worst I ever had in a Hampton Inn. There was no 100% satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to stay. Took the money and to bad so sad. Terrible.

The location and there was not a lot of people.

One staff in particular was rude and almost ran into me with his car.

Free cookies in the afternoon. Room has AC and the TV channel lineup was good.

Water pressure/volume was low. Drain for the shower/tub was not that great.

I was shocked at how the maid cleaned or should I say did NOT clean my room. The sink and counter and faucet were not cleaned at all. The bed was partially made with the blankets sloppy pulled up. Sheets were not changed. Desk and tv area- not cleaned.

Looked clean, felt clean, smelled clean

Only continental breakfast and vending machines to eat. Not much around the area but can find some stuff near the area if u are in the mood to keep leaving the hotel.

We stay here on & off when in the area. We do love your breakfast.

It was clean and quiet and close to the highway.

The employees where so kind and welcoming. The bedroom was not clean the lock was broken. It smelled like sewer all night. Stains on the sheets didn't get sleep beds uncomfortable and just unclean bathroom and room.

The whole room was very disappointed. Stayed at a lower rated hotel a week prior that was better quality and more clean very disappointed had to waste my money there

Location was convenient to Bryan Park soccer fields for the price.

It smelled musty and damp in the hallway of 2nd floor and in our room. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Night shift at hotel were rude. Did not want to give us extra clean towels for a 2 night stay. Hot breakfast after 9:15 was not refilled so hot breakfast did not end at 10. Our toilet handle broke the second night and it was a Sunday. They told us there was no one to look at it so we had to use the bathroom downstairs.

The place is clean and comfortable and the staff were most professional.

The breakfast choice was very limited
