Budget Inn - Madison

The management and there check in and out times I was told when I went to check reservation I could check in early and it would roll over to Saturday being that my check in was 12am and I got there at 1130. The next morning at 1230 was ask to leave

Room was clean and looked to have recently been updated, staff was super nice and helpful, I went in with low expectations because of the star and price point but was pleasantly surprised, I¿ve been in worse rooms that cost 3 times as much. Very Happy

- 20 minute wait to be attended to - Staff was rude - Room was not very clean, old food in drawers - Photos did not match appearance - Old mattresses & chairs outside in parking lot

They allowed pets.

It was the worst. I had to give my child a bath after being on the floor.

They charged me a different amount ($---) than I had reserved it for ($---) and were very rude about it. I was in town for my father's funeral so I didn't have the energy to fight with them about it but I resent it.

OMG It was old, smelly, and very dirty. There were cobwebs hanging from the vanity. Had there been another room available in a 100 mile radius, I would have taken it. By far the worst place we have EVER slept!

Booked and paid for a King room with fridge and microwave, got a Queen double with no microwave, no hair dryer, the chain lock on the door was broken. Towels were grey and filthy.

Extremely high price for a 0 star hotel

The lady at the front was nice

It had dead bugs all over the bathroom. It smelled like marijuana in cigarettes. The beds were really hard.The comforters was itchy.The neighbor had their t v on all night. The toilet was not clean when I got there.And there was blood on the bathroom wall.

Will never stay here again

filthy, towels were grey and yellow with dark stains, the sheets had holes and were yellow. I had to clean the bathroom floor as it looked like there was dried s##t on the floor. I went to Walmart and bought my own towels and wash cloths because the one's provided were dirty looking...this was after having changed my room already because the first room had no shower curtain. I would have left if I knew a better option close by as I was attending a funeral service.

Everything. Tried to double charge me, room was non-smoking but cigarette butts behind the bed. No shower curtain.

The bed was okay and it was a spacious room.

The tub, bathroom and sink could've been cleaned better. Burn marks on the toilet and tub.

The room was dirty. The room had roaches and ants. We paid for queen beds and got full. The shower tile was falling off the wall. The carpet was dirty an stained. The sheets on the bed were so thin you could see through them. Overall, the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

Heard the TV next door BOTH nights!! A bug across the nightstand.

It was a flashback to the 60's. Beautifully preserved and clean, right on the highway. Excellent night lighting outside.

It was a little pricey for not having a pool. Was a little worried about staff because the wouldn't smile. The beds were harder than we are comfortable with.

The only thing I enjoyed was when I left early in the morning.

Baby roaches in the bathroom, smoke smell everywhere, cigarette's holes on bed sheets, only the hot water worked for sink, front/outside light was on all night long and that was so annoying.
