- The hotel, room, and pool were all very clean, the room was exceptionally clean, and it smelled nice, everything seemed updated and well taken care of. Every staff member that I encountered was very pleasant and helpful, and breakfast had many choices.

- The water feature at the pool for the kids didn?t work which was disappointing. Also, BIGGEST complaint about this hotel is that the King suite room was located in the lobby! Literally right beside the check in counter! It was so awkward and strange.
- Asked for first floor when I booked I was placed on 4 th floor then moved to second floor. 75$$ is a lot for having my pet stay with me. Did not see this on website.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean.The front staff was very friendly and helful.The breakfast was very good and breakfast staff were very friendly.Overall a wonderful hotel I'd use again on my way to florida.
Convenient to Hwy as I was traveling.
The room smelled like wet dog and it appeared that the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. Which may have accounted for the smell since the hotel allows pets.

It was very clean and the housekeeping staff as well as the front desk staff were extremely pleasant and professional!
The only issue I had was having to go to two other floors to get ice because the ice on my floor was empty and unfortunately not just this hotel, because they all are the same way. No hotel ever leaves extra washcloths and towels!
