Small cleanliness issue. Toilet needed cleaned better and a hair on the bed

Nothing they ripped me off.

Refused to answer cancellation request until 3 days after the stay was past. Requested to cancel 30 Days prior to the date of the stay. Didn't bother to respond until it was past the date of the stay. Waste of money.

The hotel was super new. They came by and refreshed the room on the noted schedule which I believe was every other night of the stay. Breakfast was on time and refreshed regularly. my second experience with Holiday inn Express and I highly recommend

it was clean.

the hotel charged me twice. 1st charge was 124 and second was 100. now I have to call and sort out why i was charged twice.

The hotel is 4 years old and looks new! Its location is good, right offInterstate 95 and close to restaurants.

The bathroom shampoo/conditioner/bodywash shelf needs to be better cleaned. Its connection to the wall is filled with black rust/mold.

Comfortable beds

Yes, in updating this hotel, appears that cheap tub and shower inserts were installed vs. ripping old ones out, so if you are anywhere close to 6? tall, this shower head is at face level so you have to duck down a lot to wash hair & face

Location, staff was very friendly helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns.

The bathroom seemed to not be as clean as expected, walls in bathroom could have been wiped better, hair on floor in bathroom. The cleaning could have been more thorough.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

No pool for the second year in a row! Very disappojnted.

The holtel was supposed to smoke free but had the stinch of a smokers house lingering through. There were roaches crawling on the wall and spidars. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. There was hair in the sink and bath tub. I did not even stay!

There were dead bugs in the corners of the room and under the bathroom sink. Did not look like it had been vacuumed in weeks.

When we arrived we was told that the pool would hopefully be open later that day. Then found out it had been closed for over a month and had no timeframe to be open! Would have stayed somewhere else!

This is a newer hotel, I like that. The staff was friendly.

The pool was closed: which was not indicated when I booked the hotel. The gym was not cleaned for the duration of my stay. The water bottle filler the gym had a red light on the filter indicator.

easy on and off I-95. plenty of parking with well lit parking lot. friendly staff, good breakfast that you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express. the room was clean with good shower and plenty of tv channels to choose from

Clean, fresh, spacious, very comfortable, good amenities and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's the best we've visited on our NH to SC trips (at least 1x/year) for the past 13 years. We both agree it will be a regular stop on our way home.

The location was convenient to 95 and very well lit. We arrived late and felt safe with all the lights. Hotel was nice and modern and pretty clean. Room was nice and beds comfy.

There was no luggage cart for us when we arrived. For 2 adults with health issues traveling with 2 kids. When we came down for breakfast it was packed and there was not a place to sit and about 90% of breakfast was out an hour before breakfast done.

My favorite thing about this hotel was how clean it was.

I hate to tarnish this lovely place but i will since you aske . The only thing was the pool was out of order and the cable tv was horrible.But that breakfast buffet was spectacular.

I always stay at Holiday Inn if they are available. mostly great experiences. Couple of issues that were taken care of right away. Breakfast is always good and room is always nice.

Very disappointed that with it being a holiday weekend the pool was closed the whole time and only one elevator worked.

Loved the bed!

Brown water. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Wanted to be on cell phone. Went down to breakfast at *8:00 and the biscuits for biscuits and gravy was already out and the staff did not make any more.

Hotel was newer so nicer rooms

Pool was closed said due to city water issue. Yet some rooms had brown water some did not. Breakfast sub par ran out of milk biscuits and few other items before 8am with 2 hours Togo. Staff at front desk seemed unhappy. Had attitudes ¿¿ probably man

The hotel was nest to the highway with easy access to it. Lumberton had lots of places to choose for our meals.
