My room was clean and it was so quite.

I had a do not disturb sign up and they knocked on my door early asking for check out.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

The advertisement stated there would be breakfast and that was not so, also the pool was not in use as advertised.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was not "hot" - it was a to-go bag and I opted out. The coffee was weak. It is currently under renovation and I am sure wheb completed, it will be lovely. At this point, it was just a hot mess.

The bed was uncomfortable and springy. The AC was so loud every time it turned on. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The guest across the hallway was so loud on a Sunday at midnight and I had to call twice to the front desk.

The hotel room was neat and beds were made. cleaning the floors & carpets, Refrigerator door broken, need new. The hotel was under construction, the pool water was green & dirty. The heat on the air conditioner smell like it was on fire burning smell.

No hot breakfast as advertised; remodeling. The entire hotel was undergoing a remodel and made for many inconveniences.

The pool was closed-I chose this hotel for the pool as it was advertised. They didn?t have the free hot breakfast bar as advertised. The room and lobby were all hot (no AC in the lobby and AC didn?t work well in the room). Beds were SMALL

Advertised hot breakfast and had a bag to go instead of inferior food. I was there about 2 years ago and same experience. Than it was mpandemic, now kitchen not certified. There is no excuse for false advertisement. Just put in description, breakfast bag

Bed was comfortable.

We did not get breakfast-they said the stove wasn¿t working (but was the toaster?). There¿s always cereal,fruit, coffee, toast. Also, we found it very strange that there was no toilet paper holder in our room. Not a big inconvenience but strange.

The hotel and staff was fine just hated the fact that they ran out of breakfast biscuits.

Although the room and bed could be considered in the excellent range, improvements could be made in the rest room facilities if handicapped bars could be installed.

A free breakfast was offered and we were surprised to learn that this would be handled in the form of a "bag breakfast". One of our breakfast sandwiches was delivered with mold on the sausage patty. God only knows how old this "Bag Breakfast" was or how

I liked my pillows

There was a musty, damp odor throughout. Key card would not open door to the 3rd floor entrance from outside No pool No refrigerator in my room No breakfast No water pressure (3rd floor) No hot water

The staff was friendly.

There were a lot of sketchy characters around, someone walking around the parking lot trying to get into cars, a door kicked down¿police were called during my two nights. The area was not as safe as I would have liked or thought.

Honest review¿..Nothing to remember or satisfyingly accommodating. They just provided a bed to sleep in.

1. The keys didn¿t work, for myself nor guest ahead of me. 2. Water pressure is so low it would take 20 minutes to fill a sink. 3. The toilets are low to the floor, not good for elderly. 4.Bring with you whatever you need staff is ok but not engaging.

Nothing. The front desk lady was decent

This hotel has the absolute worst management and the worst service. There is no breakfast and don¿t expect running hot water. Also do not expect to be able to complain to the manager because he is Racist and he doesn¿t care. The rooms were dirty.

It was near to where we needed to be for a funeral.

The television did not work, no one came to repair. The kitchen was closed, no breakfast or coffee.

Most tv channels had no signal. No hot water in shower in the morning.
