DUMP! The room was VERY unclean. The inside sliding door was leaning against the outer door as it was unattached. I couldn't use the closet. Every corner had filth, old filth as if it had never been vacuumed. All the mirrors had streaks. On overall dump

Convenient to downtown and other areas a i needed to visit

The attention to details was lacking: no extra to in bathroom, on-wall soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles empty, the hallway carpet appeared to be dirty, chipped wood veneer on doors, bldg had a damp/dank smell to it - from humidity or water damage?

Clean.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Only 1 face wash cloth in room for 2 people and for 2 nights.

When I checked in my room was completely dirty, hair in the sink, tub no clean, spilled juice that never got cleaned up. I submitted pics to the manager it was horrible. Then next day room service never cleaned my room after the manager told them to!

I was able to bring my small.. less that 4 lb dog.

They do not give you enough towels, 2 towels, 2 washclothes were in our room for 2 adults.

The staff.

1. The bathroom fan was not working. 2. The room refrigerator was broken 3. The fan inside the air conditioner was hitting something and causing a terrible noise.

the shower was a step in shower and was hard to keep water from going out on the floor

Convenience to Highway 70.

Waterspots on ceiling/wall. Headboard damages and chipped. Spots on carpet( still dirty and wet). Was housekeeping performed? Breakfast buffet missing Spoons, can¿t eat yogurt/cereal! Had to ask for jelly and butter. Place really needs some attention!

It was clean, had amenities I would have used if my stay was longer, like the workout room and the pool.

It needs updating. It just looked old, although it was clean.

Staff was nice, location was good.

Toilet was broken at base, moved around when sat on. Tile and grout in bathroom and entryway were black and dirty. Clearly had not been cleaned for a while. Overall, expected better accomodations for $--- a night.

Reasonably priced room, the bed was comfortable, and free breakfast was decent.

The room decor needed updated, blimishes on walls from past repairs.

The lobby was renovated and modern.

We checked in a 5pm & a room wasn't available. They said that they'd call when one was available, but had to call back at 8pm & told it was now ready. Checked in & it had garbage on floor, fridge had brown liquid in it, and mirror had toothpaste splatter.

Overall, my hotel visit was good. Great location, overall clean, decent hot breakfast, and the staff was WONDERFUL!!! I had to switch room, due to automatic blinds not working but no problem. Immediate attention.

I enjoyed my stay until that morning! I woke up to what I thought was a scab on my leg. After picking at it, it was a TICK!! I put it in a cup and took it to the front desk manager. I am STILL waiting for a response from the hotel manager.

This hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful and the location was great.

The room was filthy. The front desk clerk took us to 5 different rooms before we found one clean enough to sleep in. Bugs crawling on walls, pieces of debris on carpet, strands of hair on the telephone cord...

I didn¿t like anything about this hotel. It was disgustingly dirty. The staff were rude. And there was roaches in the bathroom. They didn¿t clean anything in the room. The entire floor I was on smelled. I want a refund

I didn¿t like everything about the hotel. It was disgustingly dirty. I was so glad when my classes were over I so could leave that place!
