- Yes, I was late because of the flight delay. I came early morning instead of evening previous day. They could do something to check me in at least a half day just because I paid. But they refused. I was exhausted and was dreaming about a clean cozy bed.
- No towels, or face cloths. A first ever for me. No above and beyond service in regards to that issue. Just made it work.
- They walked into our room without knocking at 4 pm AFTER WE STATED WE DIDNT WANT ANYONE IN OUR ROOM

Everything from check-in to checkout. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was great and every staff member I encountered provided excellent service. I believe Gabriel helped me with checkout and it was very easy. I'll stay there again and would recommend the Fairfield (Marriott Bonvoy), to anyone looking for that type information.

Had everything I needed beds were comfy room was clean
There wasn’t any breakfast for the continental breakfast the next day there was so many people that stayed there that they couldn’t keep up keeping the food out so we ended up leaving and going to purchase breakfast somewhere else. It was kind of a bummer cause I was looking forward to it, and it was part of our pricing in our stay.
Staff and Pool were Amazing

The hotel was nice and clean.
The breakfast was not cooked properly. It was also confusing about the time scheduled for breakfast. The front desk stated breakfast was over at 9:30 on Saturday. The staff person preparing the breakfast told me that breakfast was over at 9am on Saturday. She was not putting more food out and started cleaning up. On Sunday the breakfast was not prepared properly.
The property is well maintained and the staff are kind and respectful.
The hotel room and corridor my room was in smelled as if the carpet or walls were mildewed.
