Quality Inn - Kings Mountain

The staff was nice.

The room was damp and there was a dehumidifier but it didn’t work. Even the linens and towels were damp and smelled bad. There sticky spots on the floor. The bed was comfortable though.

Cracks in the wall cracks in the ceiling, water damage and mold dehumidifier, with some kind of smell to cover up another smell.Marijuana was being smoked on the premises.Insects was being had on the premises

If I could give a Zero I would ! Husband and I stayed in room 118 . May 8-10, 2026 for mammoth hike . Room was nasty !! Went to local dollar general to get bleach bath tube clean , wipes and a broom ! Sheet looked clean , pillows lol nasty .

Nasty dirty and smells

This would be fine for one night, cheap and definitely if you need two rooms side by side. I would not recommend an extended stay. Staff was very nice.

Room smelled like weed and wet cigar. Walls are thin so I heard every single thing in the next room. Also my room was non smoking so the smell shouldn’t have been so strong.

I wanted a no smoking room and my three night there I feel as it someone was smoking in my room could not sleep wet

The hotel is very old and dated. It smelled musty. There were hairs on the sheets. Very dirty. The AC wouldnt cool very well. I would never stay there again. In fact we left at 3:30 am. We couldn't stay there any longer.

It was clean, no bigs and the beds were REALLY comfy

The entrance was kinda hard to find

The hotel said it had an indoor pool. It did not have an indoor pool. I picked this motel for part of that reason and feel decieved. False advertising. I might not ever book a room there again.

I reported to front desk that the shower water was only Luke warm and she said the maint. would attend to it right away.

Pricing was the best it was also clean except the floor I bought cleaner and cleaned myself but very good breakfast was included

Nothing. I received an email from the hotel saying they would waive the fee and refund my non refundable charge. I did not know the hotel only had smoking rooms available and I have asthma.

Everything was abysmal. Drug use and sale on stairways and alcohol consumption and poor behavior outside. I would not have stayed there if they had non smoking rooms available. It was horrible.

The floors were EXTREMELY dirty you can tell nobody has mopped in over a month. Wipe a white rag on the floor and it turned black, disgusting!!

Proximity to I 85, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Noisy neighbors and uncomfortable bed.

I like the breakfast and their location I like security of the place and the staff was real nice

I did not like anything about this hotel, because what online showed was not what I saw when I got there.

Yes this place was horrible. There was mold in the ceiling, the bathroom smelled like urine. The front desk person did changed my room, but by that time I was highly upset. I would never stay there again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good breakfast and pleasant staff

Pool was closed & the only ice machine was broken my entire time. Price was right because it was filled with road construction crews.
