It was dirty, it smelled and the elevator was even worse.

Staff fulfilled duty at front desk check in

Cleanliness, maintennance issues, housekeeping...i did not complain...just dealt with it

One of the worst experiences I've had. We got to our room late & there was a bug bomb (chemicals in a can) in the middle of the floor, used cups & sugar packets lying on the desk & dead roaches in the tub. The smell was so overwhelming.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable bed, room clean ? anda great breakfast. The location is great.

The coffee was too dark and old.

Bed was comfortable.

Paint on walls was peeling. Room was not very clean.

Noise. Woken up at 2:00 am because of music and then kids noise. Made for a short amount of sleep.

I like the pet friendly policy, and the location.

The hotel seems to have become a hot spot for illicit activities. Two Police cars showed up looking for individuals. There where noises all night long that prevented any sleep. Ppl outside blaring music, making obvious illicit deals. The beds too hard.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

It was walking distance to where I was spending the evening. Breakfast included.

They could maintain their picnic shelter at the rear entrance. Very messy, cluttered with trash overflowing the trash cans. Was in same condition when I checked out at check out time. Elevator was filthy also.

The room was very nice. The room was a King accessible for my husband and the walk-in shower was amazing it fit his wheelchair and me perfect.the housekeeper Lisa was amazing and very friendly

It's alright. And as long as you remember to tape a note on the outside of your door stating that you'll be checking out at 11 a.m. they won't harass you and bust into your room at 10:30 asking if you're staying or not. The Do Not Disturb sign does nothin

I ordered 2 rooms 101 no bathroom usage for the first day 101 Roach crawling on the TV table. 106 Roach on the TV

Right off the interstate. Variety of restaurants right by hotel. Door card needed to access hallways.

Had a bit of trouble with air conditioner. Showed an error code. Turned it off and back on, still there. Unplugged it and replugged it and code was gone.
