The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on. Pillows was bad to. Ididnt sleep any all night.

Ac unit leaking on the floor soaked the carpet

Breakfast looked decent, but didn¿t have allergens listed so it wasn¿t safe for my son to eat anything. No healthy or allergen friendly options except some aging apples. Coffee was good though. Comfy bed.

No hand soap. No body wash soap. Just empty containers. Room didn¿t match images online of the one I actually booked.

The staff removed my belongings from my roo they said I checked out instead of calling my cell phone the number or just charging the credit card on file both of which required

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean and sanitized and the location was great!

It was convenient and clean for our lodging needs.

My wife told me that when she went down for breakfast around 9:15 (ends at 10:00), the guests were upset that the staff was putting food away and argumentative with the guests when they requested preparing more food and coffee.

Was nice and clean But i spent my whole Saturday in my room because they closed the pool. One of the plans i had for going there. I wasted a whole day because i couldn't use the pool and too handicapped to do anything else. I request one day refund.

The pool was closed. One of my main plans was to relax by the pool. I was told upon check in it would be open the next day. Then the next day again told it was closed but it would be open the next day. Then I was told it was clised until mid august.

Check in was easy and the staff was great. I must say that the house keepers are very hard workers and very friendly.

Clean, comfortable. Just a slight smell in room, maybe from previous water damage.

It was clean, bed was very comfortable. The girl checking us in was very kind.

The noise from the other rooms. You could hear way too much.

Gave me handicap room upon check in......blinds automatic control did not work......therefore I could not close the blinds. Tried calling from room to tell them about problem....phone did not work.

The Highway noise was a bit much, but the room and staff were great.

Breakfast and friendly staff:

There were some utensil holders at breakfast that were very dirty. Inside and outside. I think the woman did not ever wash them.

The staff took care of the bathtub clog when I mentioned it. Location was where I needed but very noisy next to I-85.

This hotel was not very clean.. The hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in a while and the room had not been vacuumed very well. The bathtub drain was clogged; they fixed this when I brought it up. The room smelled like a locker room.

At breakfast , the first little milk carton that I opened had terribly spoiled milk in it, even though the expiration date wa still about a week away. That makes me think this hotel probably has some food storage issues, not storing their food at proper T

Slow elevator... but that was a minor inconvenience.

Personnel is nice, manager is kind of a crank though. Breakfast room lady is very sweet and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job.

I could not find anyone when I went to check out. Had to leave a note.
