Cleanliness and the room condition

Staff was nice

The hotel was run down. It needed major repairs, painting, blinds torn in the window, sketchy look people around. Police knows this location well. I did not feel safe nor did I like the environment.

I got quiet alone time with my spouse

The room was not up kept the workers seemed to just stare at us not friendly at all

YES! It was very dirty, wreaked of smell of cigarette smoke and pee, phone in room didn?t work (desk person was aware of it) which was a huge safety concern, windows have ever been cleaned, inside door knob fell off, toilet seat had sticky pee on it.

Just 1 elevator. Not a big deal but when you get older it's hard to get up steps.

Good location near Wright Brother Memorial. Clean room.

Neighboring rooms were noisy. Breakfast offering was not very good.

The staff were fantastic and the view of the ocean was beautiful, but you have to request the room or else you get a street view.

Cigarette butts everywhere, the smell of people smoking pot all up and down the breezeway. They are currently under remodel and there is debris everywhere.

The room was not clean. There was mold coming thru the paint. There was not a working phone in the room. The curtains where full of holes. It was a very bad trip. If my husband had not been with me I would have been afraid to stay there.

Roaches in the hotel room, mold all along the ceiling and walls, just gross. They gave us a different room after we complained about the roaches. We didn't see any roaches in that room, nor mold but the hot water did not work in the shower.

The exterior is very beaten on, but the rooms were ok on the interior - just needed to be scrubbed, not spit shined. If I would?ve been with my wife, we would?ve left!

The rooms were worn. Sink didn?t drain toilet didn?t flush correctly. Rust in the corners. Paint peeling off the walll.

The location and the staff. Very friendly, took care of a room swap for us.

Hotel is old, and getting ready to undergo renovations. The first night room was moldy and needing much repair. They switched us to a much better room the second night. Hallways were not swept. Staff told us that the hotel will be closed soon.

Mold on ceiling around smoke detector, room smelled of mold I have pictures. Hotels sign did not light up, drove around in circles looking for it.

The price, location and the room was about what I expected

Yes, We called ahead to inform we would be late, there was no one working to check us in. We called a Quality Hotels customer service number and the person was awesome. They got in touch with owner, finally got checked after 1:45 min.

Tub cracked and chipped, paint peeling in room.

Overall price was good and breakfast was ok. More than just waffles.

They had the temp. In the room set to 64 degrees. Because when you turn it up the humidity is so bad the hole room gets wet. Literally water dripping from the ceiling

Nothing, it was absolutely terrible

Everything. There was mold, rust, mildew everywhere. When we packed, all of our belongings were wet feeling and smelled funny.

Hair dryer was dirty and did not work, room was very wet. No staff in front desk when we checked in.
