You booked the room wrong and it was not adequate for the amount of people in my party. Additionally, there is no front desk clerk, there is an iPad where you talk to someone from another country to get help as opposed to an actual on site person.

Clean. Big TV. Fun. Quirky. Family friendly.

Compact room. Virtual outsourced check in. Pot hole.

Remember folks, you get what you pay for! The nightly rate is misleading. They don't bother to mention a "resort fee".. I stayed 2 nights, $40 resort fee. Nothing "resort" about this place.

Staff was great, views of the ocean from the room were incredible

There wasn't free parking ($10/night), the extra hotel fees are per night, not 1 time fee as stated when you book, no laundry, no gym. The free breakfast did exist though lol. It's also under construction, which wasn't an issue for me but just to note

Good value for price and accommodations. Excellent beach access at Clark Street. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent instructions upon access. Everything worked in good order in the room. Excellent security practices.

Did not know we had to check in by 7:00 pm. Staff was very upset with us. Did not know staff as not on site at night.

The location was centrally located to the area we wanted to be in.

The rooms were very beat up. You could visibly see where they had tried to do repairs that weren¿t done very well. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I¿ve ever slept on. Pillows we¿re paper thin. Lady who checked us in was rude and uncoopera

The beach is very close to the hotel, 10 minute walk. Starbucks is also nearby. It¿s close to the Wright brother¿s monument and Jockey ridge state park. The hotel is very decent.

Access to the beach, sone nice restaurants and friendly staff.

Customer service was outstanding. Great for a place to crash.

Room was really small with boardwalk outside, needed another electric plug or two.

It was clean and only two blocks from public beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Staff was friendly. No disturbances from other guests.

The only thing that kept it from being nine stars all the way was that no one came to room to change towels, etc. We had to ask for cleans towels and be specific about how many we needed.

That it was right on the beach.

There wasn't much to like. Best I can say is it was fairly clean. The staff was nice, but only there during the day.

The location was hard to find, parking was inadequate, the room was badly outdated and spartan, bed was uncomfortable, mildew on the shower curtain, rust on some fixtures, bathroom fan sounded like an airplane. Lack of staff at night felt unsafe.

Room was smaller that I thought it would be. We had a 2nd floor room fortunately, but would have been difficult to haul luggage on to 3rd floor without an elevator. Breakfast was minimal. Internet was really bad, and that was a big problem for me.

No elevator. No coffee in room. When I got 1, coffee was not replenished Very minimal breakfast. No staff on premises 24 hours. When we entered our room after 9 pm, there were problems that weren't addressed until morning-tv didn't work, needed blankets,
