Cost and location.

There were not enough parking at the hotel, I never parked in front of my room. Some guy in a truck and trailer took 3 parking spaces and the staff never knew it.

The staff was awesome and very helpful.

The bed springs creaked, the AC would not cool the room unless you turned down the thermostat to 68 which was too low for us. I woke up sticky several times until I turned the down it to 68. TV only had 35 channels and they were shows from the 60S & 70s.

Yes I should get a partial refund if not I will dispute this charge. The hot tub did not have hot water, the staff came in and confirmed and said they can’t do anything about it. The water was also dirty green.

Bed was comfortable, great water pressure & hot water in shower, A/C worked good .Coffee was ok.

TV needs to be raised up and wall mounted, hair dryer didn’t work , could improve on breakfast. Have some cereal with low sugar .

Even though it's an older hotel it's clean. And the breakfast was good.

We've stayed here several times before on our way through.staff ALWAYS very friendly & welcoming,& hotel is conveniently located right off thruway. It's pet friendly-& we really LOVE the laminate floors instead of rugs! Beds comfortable,breakfast a plus!

It is listed as a Hotel but is a motel with outside doors. My wife is scared to stay in motor inns or motels and on your website the business is listed falsely as a hotel.

full of bugs, stink bugs, my husband flushed at least 16 in the first 30 minutes

Rooms need updated, bathroom walls looked pieced together with construction paper.

The lobby area was beautifully decorated and inviting. The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. The selection at breakfast was great as well.

Staff was friendly and price was reasonable. Breakfast was OK considering there wasn¿t anything fresh and hot. Everything had to be microwave heated.

Room was TINY. Highway noise was LOUD. Bathroom was so small the door hit on the toilet so the door was tough to open and the toilet seat was loose. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally stapled up to the wall to keep it up.

Lobby was cute and front desk staff was nice.

he hotel overall would have been just fine. But staying for 3 days the week of October 5th we had no less then 40 stink bugs inside of our room over that stretch. That honestly might be on the low end.

Perfect to get off road quickly and settled. Staff was efficient and courteous. Room was clean and comfy. Shower good hot water. Towels were clean and good quality. Great breakfast and nice breakfast room/lobby started at 5:30 am. Noce surprise find.

Very well maintained. The lobby staff definitely showed pride in their work and it was decorated to make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and everything in good order. Very pleased!

The breakfast had a lot of pre-made foods wrapped in plastic and refridgerated¿ the only hot food available was a waffle maker. The food was decent, but there was only one microwave for a room full of people trying to reheat breakfast.

The lobby was beautifully decorated and very homey. The staff was extremely friendly.

I would have preferred an inside room rather than a motel with an outside entrance.
