Cons -

Could not take a bath, no way to plug the bathtub. Took several hours to cool the room down to an acceptable temperature. The ice machine was broken and I had to walk a block down to a gas station/convenience store to buy a bag of ice.
AC unit was pushing cold air directly over the head, which was uncomfortable and there was no way to reduce the noise of it.
