Room/hotel was clean looking. Love the dove products.

The room was very nice.

Cons -

Need more help at peak times. Check in wait time was long.line was almost out the door at 3 pm as there was only 1 person at the desk
Not well staffed but the staff we saw were friendly
The check-in did not go well. We had issues with getting in the room that was difficult to get resolved. I asked for the manager to call me and she did not.

The room was very nice.

The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable and clean
