Comfort Suites Greensboro-High Point

After pulling into the parking lot, getting out of the car, we were met with the best smell coming from the hotel. It was a diffuser (fresh linen). The receptionist was so helpful and sweet. My room want handicap accessible but she found one with a shower. The rim was so clean and inviting and the mattress I could've took home that's how firm and comfortable it was. There was a cute sitting area and the breakfast bar was good, no meat but still fulfilling. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone personal or business. We were in town for a wedding

The location was good. The lady at the desk during the day was so nice.

I did not like that the first day there we saw a live roach on the wall. The ceiling above the entry door to the room looked like it had water damage before and there was what looked like black mold where the water damage had been. It is supposed to be a smoke free facility however arriving back one night we were met at the elevator with the stinch of cigarette smoke. When we got to our room the smell had entered our room and we got headaches from it. We opened the window and finally called the front desk. She came up and sprayed something that was supposed to help with the smell. She then stated it was probably the door dash guy that had just came. I don't think so because the smell was coming from a room close to ours. I guess she didn't want to confront the smoking guest. There was only one working ice machine in the whole hotel and the hand sanitizer dispenser did not work on our floor.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The room size was amazing and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need at your convience. The bed was comfortable. Definitely will be coming back again! Thanks for everything

The parking during the time we was there was somewhat overcrowded at night. However, the staff made sure that we were safe and that we had everything that we needed.

The staff was friendly & very helpful. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, great location & good parking

Breakfast was just ok. There were some stains on the bathroom wall I used Lysol wipe to clean. Wasn't a big deal just something I noticed.
