The young lady was so professional and quick to get me checked in. The room was like a 5 star.

The location was kinda dark but the service made it worth while.

Room size over all was good.

The fact that the pool was closed, issues with broken shower faucet and improper working of bathroom door.

The mattress was excellent. The breakfast was more than adequate. Heating system was quite quiet.

The desk chair was on its last leg. The sofa side arm rest was totally worn out and should go to the landfill. Oddly enough, the cable TV channels did not include CBS.

Room was not ready over an hour after check-in time, room key did not work, room had broken and torn furniture, half eaten strawberry was left right by the bed/end table, shower whistled and howled the whole time it was in use. 1 night stay.

Nothing. Staff was horrible and rude, breakfast served was disgusting and we paid for a room with a spa in the room, nothing. pool acess and the pool and hot tub was drained.

everything. Cigarette burns on sheets and blankets, stains and mold on curtains. Bugs on floor.

Ice machine on first floor was out of order. Looked like it hadn't worked for a long time. Had to go to the third floor for ice. Chair at desk was poor quality. Sofa was also of poor quality.

Despite my comments in the below section everything overall was nice and I would recommend/come back for another visit. Especially the complimentary breakfast.

There was a domestic situation in the room across from mine, the phones in the room didn¿t work, 1st floor ice machine didn¿t work, curtains weren¿t that clean, carpeting had spots on them, there was noticeable scratches/dings on the door.

Large live roach in my bathroom, a/c condensate drain was clogged and water soaked the carpet overnight around my bed. Breakfast wasn't appealing. They couldn't make rate adjustment because I purchased through a 3rd party

We were there for a funeral. The room was great. The only problem was paying the bill.

Hotel charged me $100 after checkout for a dirty sheet that my 6 yr old got sick on in the middle of the night. Unbelievable.. will never stay there again. Room was old with a couch with stains. Walls were dirty, tv was horrible. A horrible overall stay.

It was disappointing cause the ac was only half working an the the breakfast was not good an it was dirty outside

Super clean, rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Definitely will be returning!

The only negative I can say is the sofa in our room has seen much better days, very very worn and dirty looking--definitely in need of replacing.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean, and plenty of parking.

Only downsides to this hotel were the front desk staff not wearing masks and the pillows were thin/flimsy.

When I went to get my key, the hotel staff was rude. He had attitude, & you could tell he was not happy with his job.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to be honest, but if I must name 1 thing I would ONLY be able to say the youngest gentleman that works the front desk late afternoons to around midnight. Yea that’s about the ONLY thing this place could even begin having that’s dece

They ( meaning the employees, and the manager!are nothing but thieves, and scam artists. I am not only referring to my stay/visit, but as I was a bystander I was able to witness firsthand 3-5 incidents involving differen guests, the manager, and employees

Nothing from the front counter staff to the dirty environment. Only one staff member was professional. A young man. Idk his name worked the counter one evening

We had to leave our stay early and management stated i would get a refund for a night of $-- i never recieved the refund. The staff was very rude from time of check in. The room key failed to daily and had to wait for someone to reissue a card.terrible
