The staff was the best, freindly, and very courteous. Very close to grocery store, resturants, and shopping centers.

This hotel sits next to a sonic. Needless to say on a Friday night there are lots of loud cars! If you?re not on the sonic side, it might not be as loud but on that side, it was very loud.

This hotel is near my work and if the weather is bad at home I stay here. The staff is friendly, the location is good, and it's usually quiet.

This room was run down compared to other visits. Dirty sheet clipped to the window instead of the 2 tiered shades in my other room. And it was handicap accessible but very run down in that regard.

Staff. One woman seemed agitated and frantic, in spite of there not being many guests. And I checked in at 3 to avoid delays after work but my keys stopped working so I was up and down to the 3rd floor 4 times at 10 PM. That sucked.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious hot breakfast included.

The hotel room I stayed in was very dirty I asked numerous times for it to be cleaned and no one did the floors were black and the shower curtain was dirty with stains on it. The cleaning was horrible!

The location was very convenient with nearby shops and restaurants.

Yes The room I stayed in was not clean upon my arrival. I contacted the front desk. And the chain and I change rooms. Next room was even dirtier was the next room was dirty too. There was hair all over the floor and dirty towels on the bathtub.

The hotel was in a great spot with restaurants and family close by. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet.

Our room was not cleaned all week and we were not told that we needed to inform the front desk every day to have this done.Did not hang the sign on door. We had to leave the trash and our used towels outside of our door,then get new ones each evening.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly. There was a control in the room, but it does not communicate with the unit itself. So we just kept it off.

room cleanliness lacked, especially bathroom. this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. the front desk staff when they could be found seemed annoyed with having wait on us. 1st stay was great.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast

The floors in the room and bathroom were terribly dirty for this hotel. The toilet seat was broken.

Fair price and a nice warm complementary breakfast.

1. There is a definite weird (not fresh) smell in the hallway. 2. No lotion in the lotion bottle in the bathroom. 3. Should have more than one roll of toilet papers available in the bathroom.

Room size was good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was above average for being complimentary.

Staff always smoking at entrance, had to walk thru it to enter. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. Mold in exhaust vent, urine around toilet, corners obviously not cleaned (hair, dirt). When reported desk person smoking outside said they were busy.

Was where it was listed. Room was ready. No hidden fees.

We called ahead and were told no pets. On arrival, there is a clear sign "no pets - breaking this rule will cost you $300". Yet they allowed a guest on first floor a small, fluffy dog because "they had a paper". Only comfort animals have papers. Scam.

Location and cleaniness

It was hard to find a staff member at the front desk. Thought it was just when I arrived. Then noticed every time I went by the front desk no one was there. I am used to someone being at a front desk and greeting me as I walk by if they are not busy.

The lobby was nice.

The overall cleanliness of it was not good. Our shower didn't have a shower curtain and you could tell the vaccum was only half done and the hotel was way to hot. The thermostat in our room could not have been working. The whole hotel was hot.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff was friendly.

I travel with Clorox Cleanups and when I wiped wiped a section of the bathroom floor, the wipe was very dirty. I used at least 20 wipes on the entire tile floor and they all came back filthy. I sanitized the rest of the room the best I could :-(

Staff was friendly room was very comfortable & clean.

Mgmt & staff obviously cared & paid attention to details, ie Envelopes, stapler, paper in business center. To-go containers at breakfast. Lobby bathroom excellent. Staff was consistently helpful and friendly. Small glitch in bill instantly seen & fixed.
