The staff was outstanding and the location was beautiful.

TV could be a little larger.

Quiet and suites are large.

Maybe not hear a vacuum at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning but otherwise it was great!

Everything! Perfect location for Bristol trip stop, Nearness of restaurants and shopping were superb, room was immaculate, service was great, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience!

Fantastic location- right next to my wife's favorite Dish Barn, convenient to Saluda, Asheville, Hendersonville, etc.

Breakfast hours stopped at 9:30 should have stayed open until 10 for us late risers.

The person at check in when I arrived around 7:45, he was very kind, welcoming and competent. Very quiet and peaceful room and felt safe here. Love the grand stairway. This was my 2nd visit. Thx for the coffee maker AND mini creamers in the room.

Great location, great value and very welcoming and pleasant staff. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was out of yogurt by Monday morning but more was brought in by the manager as delivery was not until Tuesday.

Clean, comfortable, easy to find, close to a cute village with great restaurants

The staff member who checked me in at first said I had no reservation and was not particularly helpful. I had to do the work to locate my reservation and solve the problem. When I asked about where to eat, he was rather snarky and uncaring.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. I will stay there the next time I am in the area. The prices are reasonable.
