- The staff were great and polite..,

- The staff, location, pet friendliness, and overall cleanliness.
Cons -
- We were stuck on the elevator, and the elevator kept going down a few time, an we're on the 4 th floor.
- Elevator was acting up and no continental breakfast
- Turned on the bathroom faucet and black ink like water sputtered out, and then pressure fell to nothing. The other faucets had no issues.
