- The Internet was horrible. We could not use the TV because the Internet connection was so bad. Could not use our own phone to connect to the TV because the Internet was so bad.

The building itself does not have good sound proofing. The people walking above sounded as if they were in the unit. Our experience wasn't bad, but if there were loud tenants above, it would be.
