As soon as you walk in all we seen was giant water bugs, dirty chairs, dirty sheets on the bed they still had body hair from the previous people. Entertainment center looked as if rats were eating the bottom of it. Made me very uncomfortable and unhappy.

Our room was clean and the Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we booked, it said there was continental breakfast but that wasn't the case.

The bed linen had hair on it. The spread and blanket very thin. I had to go to Walmart and buy a set of sheet and a blanket. The bathroom not clean at all. I sanitized it down before I could use it. Not happy at all with the cleanness of the room.

Mold, smell, unclean

A good place if your passing thru. Clean and quiet. Front desk girl was a riot once we got past our small service dog issue, but that was nothing a little bit of knowledge couldn't fix and I'm sure it was only because they do have a strict no pet policy.

I think their standard rates are high for what you get in the room. As before it was clean but nothing fancy and I was disappointed the pool was closed for repairs.

The handicap was excellent better than normal the only thing that we did not like was that it has full beds and it needs to be queen beds the room was very clean and the staff was very nice would stay again

Like I said above it needs to up date the beds to queen size the full beds have long been gone from motels they are either queen or king

hotel is old and in disrepair. clean but lots of little things... heat lamp out, ceiling patched (poorly), trim missing, etc.

Please watch when you do the name you own price with priceline. The maps need to be updated and they need to get better customer service. I have been using priceline for more than 3 years and this is by far the worst customer service I ever had. I tried to get another hotel in carolina beach and they booked a smoking room without even consulting me. Yes!!!! My entire weekend was messed up because all priceline cares about is the money.

I was told that the hotel was only 12 miles away from the first location i chose and found out once I arrived there that I was 67 miles away.

The hotel staff is very professional and helpful.

I would like more space for eating breakfast. The food must be taken back to the room.
