Clarion Pointe Durham Research Triangle Park

I rested good

To many drug addicts walking around, standing in the park, arguing, several police came from the back of motel when we first arrived.

Nothing. It was a horrible experience staying there

It was not clean. There was hair all over the bedding, and towels. The sheets had bloodstains on them. The hotel smelled strongly of smoke and I am asthmatic so it made me very ill. The staff were rude and also absent half the time.

Staff were very nice

It was not as clean and even though there were signs or no smoking every floor smelled of smoke.

It was a comfort inn. In my price range.

The hotel was not up to ?my? comfort inn standard. They could do so much better. Clean windows and doors - use name brand cereal - remove moldy artwork in bathroom - room smelled musty - not the comfort inn standard I?m used to.

The bathroom tub had dirty rings all over the bottom. There was an open bar of soap in the tub with hair stuck too it. This is also a motel that rents to people to live there permanently.

Not much. The room smelled like a dirty ash tray. There were sketchy people hanging around all night. we were supposed to stay 3 nights. we left after one. it had to be by far the trashyist place ever.

Everything. It was filthy.

Leaving

People loitering. Location felt unsafe/uncomfortable. Cigarette and weed smoke. One person passed out outside. Room was decent, but not overly clean. this was booked as a 2.5 start express deal. This was not a 2.5 star hotel!

The hotel had a decent breakfast.

Dirty and filthy room. The room had all kinds of dead and alive bugs on its ceiling and floor. The carpet is not cleaned either.

roaches in the bathroom when I turned on the light. changed rooms but I would have checked out if the room was not prepaid

Night shift check in staff was friendly and informative about locations of late night open eateries. Check-in with her was a breeze and gave a room that was on the first floor as I requested. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Location and breakfast!

Lights are too dim in the room. Air/heat was not able to be adjusted in the room.

Breakfast was okay

Overwhelming smell of pot on the second hallways so bad that it made me nauseated. Mold in closet/wall, AC fan had dirt/dust in it as well as bathroom ceiling fan. Walls were filthy, room made you feel dirty. Room didn't appear to have been vacuumed.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was well stocked.

The actual hotel room smelled awful, like sewage. The carpeted floor was wet. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Garden hot tub of the next room we moved to, it didn't work but it was a great size for a relaxing bath.Leaving

First room had dirty towels with brown stains on the on the floor of the closet and poop in the toilet that was clearly clogged.

Nothing, it was absolutely dreadful. Sadly I needed an immediate place to go due a domestic issue

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom shower made loud noises and drain was clogged, the sheets were dirty, the room smelled horrible

Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Wasn't exactly close to where I needed to be but price was just right.

Ease of check-in/out.

Room was very humid. Bathroom in dire need of updating.

NOthing!

I was given a room where clearly has not been clean, the bathroom had a horrible smell of urine, the toilet still had trails of someone did a number 2, and the floor was extremely dirty. I was transferred to a room that had blood stain on the door.

There was one worker who was great and very friendly

The worker with red color dyed hair was more interested in watching movies on her phone then greeting guests to walk in, unfortunately. Another lady was very unfriendly and stingy with the breakfast foods.

The Location to where I was visiting was ideal.

The hotel is a dump & had roaches! It was not clean & smelled like a old mildew closet throughout. I was assigned a soiled room and had to return to the front desk to get another room. The property had Garbage everywhere and non guest loitering. Not safe
