Breakfast options were good, including hot potatoes, bakery items , fruits, good service by breakfast crew on refilling on weekdays

Keys never worked, every single time went back to front desk to reactivate. Rooms needs renovation, carpet was dirty and old, bathrooms were make-do, towels were worn out. Not worth ---$/night &not at all 2.5* rating, have had better.

Roaches in the room, toilet flooded, environment very unsafe for kids.

The was near restaurants.

Lamps did not work. The outlets for me to charge my phone by the bed did not work. The hotel look clean but did not smell good .

Hotel employee who checked me in. She was very cordial, concern and helpful. The Breakfast was good!

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I checked in.

All the Hotel staff personnel were very friendly and professional.. And helpful and polite.

There was a extremely strong smell of oder from smoke. Bathroom toilet needs to be updated to new handicap standard

Everyone was friendly. I loved my room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The only problem that I had was that my shower door wouldn?t slide open enough.

The staff was fantastic.

The room was generally clean. However, the mini fridge had leftover food in it that had been there for quite a while and was moldy, etc. The pool area is in desperate need of new furniture.

Good location. Close to restaurants and Interstate. Straight shot into Chapel Hill.

We arrived on 4/12/24. The lady that checked us in Hotel employee was very pleasant to deal with. She was polite and professional. As we were standing there checking in, the other lady Hotel employee Looked over at us, smiled and asked how we are doing.

Everything was good.

Midway point in our travels¿

It took 40 minutes to check in! And the clerk was lackadaisical, didn¿t seem to care that was a long line.

They had Chobani yogurt for breakfast, that is really the only thing I can make a good comment about.

Walking in the 4th floor at check in and the entire floor smelled like smoke. The room was just as bad, we got switched to another, still smelly, room on the 1st floor which smelled of Bengay and Coban. Loud, dark, awful. Third strike for Comfort Inn.

I like the fact the it was very close to the event I had to attend. The staff was very nice.

The room had an old like smell to it when we entered the room, but once we turned off the AC the smell went away. I would recommend the AC unit to be checked or cleaned.

Breakfast was perfect. Good flow of customers, great selection and cooked perfectly.

The location wasn¿t great with some weird / vacant buildings right across from the entrance which also at the time was under construction/renovation.

Convenient location.

Towels were stained and ripped. Room was dark and dingy. It appeared clean but felt dirty. We were chastised when checking in for not booking directly with them. I would not choose this hotel again.

Location, staff is really nice

The smell of front entrances where people smoke cigarette or the other nasty grass, and the hallway of the hotel smells the same, the hotel is not quiet not even on early morning or late night. It didn¿t used to be like that.

Location, front desk are courteous. IT USED TO BE clean and no smoke odor.

Maybe the hotel is letting their guard down with the smoking factor, this time the horrible smell of ¿LOUD¿ or MARIHUANA was coming inside my room very strong. The fact that they don¿t do nothing about it is crazy. It definitively draw non smokers awa

The hot breakfast had lots of choices, including make-your-own Belgian waffles and hot white gravy. The fitness center was well-stocked with weights and equipment. The staff were all very friendly.

Just little things - we discovered four insects in our first room and had to get a new room. The water fountain in the fitness center wasn't working. The shower in our room was difficult to use, very stiff.

The peace and quiet. The front desk staff were great.
