Location, very close to shops and restaurants and downtown area.

Room cleanliness is poor. We changed room 3 times.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious-lots of choices. The gym was great-available 24/7.

The charged us $12.00 per day for parking.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating; the rooms are precisely like all nice residence inns; and the location was excellent to hang around Durham for the weekend.

I like the combination of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. I also liked the modern look and the cleanliness in the bathroom.

There was mold in the bathroom around the shower.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. They were always busy. The facility was very clean. The location was very walkable.

Many common spaces inside and outside on the ground level.

Indoor pool was very small and only a bit larger than a large hot tub.

shuttle to Duke was great.

The shower floor was like a sheet of ice once soap got on it. Very dangerous.

Beautiful contemporary decor, bathroom was stylish and very clean. Pleasant, friendly staff at front desk check in and at breakfast buffet.

Nit picking here, but no fresh cut fruit at the breakfast buffet.

It had wonderfully designed rooms! Well-laid out - well-designed for business travelers with a lot of devices and a need for desk space. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Common areas were welcoming with many different seating areas.

My husband didn't like the turkey bacon for breakfast but I did.

The hotel was awesome, was clean and staff was friendly. The decor was updated which I appreciated. Breakfast was provided and free parking were all pluses.

The bed was a bit small for 2 guests and the pillows were not comfortable.
