Good location and good price

Bar closed due to construction. Very loud due to work going on. Was not informed about this prior to check in

Room had smoke smell to it, window was wide open, when I told front desk, he offered some spray, Ice machine broken, no towels at the pool, Someone had spilled something very sticky in elevator, breakfast was "okay", no cable tv, remote needed batteries

The location was perfect for us to get to restaurants and even walk places in the evening if we didn't feel like driving.

Our room was on the same side as the train track, so trains woke us up at various hours. Also, the pool was closed for no apparent reason. No reason was given. Lately, every hotel we've been to has had the pool closed for one reason or another.

Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean

When I checked in on 9/3/23 the sheets on one of the beds had small spots that looked like blood. I reported it to the front desk but they had no one there to change the bed

Great location. Down the street from Duke University. Couple of really nice restaraunts with 200 meters from the door on same side of street!

Was very happy. NO continental breakfast so you are paying for that meal.

Good location. Easy to find my way around. Everything I needed in the room. Very quiet and clean.

Appreciated the cleanliness and certification that everything had been sanitized, and that everyone was wearing masks.

It seemed kind of cheap that we had to pay for the bottled water in the room.

Location, location, location. Close to Duke and downtown.

Uncomfortable beds and horrible pillows.

The hotel staff was very helpful upon check-in. The restaurant was open until 10 pm and served really good main dishes and excellent deserts. The free shuttle from the hotel to the Duke Campus for the basketball game was very convenient.

Large room, friendly staff, convenient business center to print out boarding passes and such.

Bathroom does not have an exhaust fan.

The staff was really nice and the room was what I expected.

The shower didn't fully switch to the shower head and the result was very loud. The manager and engineer were able to resolve the issue quickly.

The rooms were clean. My husband and I didn't want to get out of the shower due to its size. We had our own keurig and 42" TV. The hotel had a bar and a full size restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you need is in the hotel.

The only thing that I didn't like was that they offered no continental breakfast. You have to pay $10.95 per person if you want breakfast.

Service was available when we needed it, without being overbearing.

I expected the breakfast to be included, but was disappointed to find out that it was not.

Very clean. Nice staff, especially the ladies in the dining area. The ice machines are located away from the rooms.
