Room size was great, shower was great, staff member that goes by Mama was awesome, they were painting

Receptacles broken dirty walls hot elevators truck broken into with 4 other cars

Everything was clean and modern. Rooms were nicely laid out and beds were comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions.

There was a large gap under the door to our room which not only let in a lot of light but also noise. We ended up putting a towel in front to minimize any issues.

It is unbelievable that you have to pay for parking in a place like this. I saw several families with children who looked disappointed when they saw the empty breakfast. The milk was expired in three days.

I liked everything about it. The rooms are spacious and clean is an understatement. The location is perfect. You are near everything. With work being my main priority and my office near,it is the only choice for a stay for me!! Thank you HILTON!!

There was a spot, kind of large one in the carpet, of the room of my last stay.

Housekeeping amazing. The staff was very professional. The day I checked in the fire alarm was going off and a guest was livid. She kept fussing and did not want to accept nor hear what the staff tried to explain. Your hotel gets an 10 from me

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

When we arrived we were greeted and helped by a lady at front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. When we checked out the next morning, the man at the desk was didnt say good morning, ask how our stay was nor say thank you for staying there. Rude

Staff was amazing! Room was large and clean. Close proximity to highway store and restaurants.

Breakfast was horrible. Prepackage sandwiches, instant oatmeal, ran out of items. It took us over 45mins to eat because we had to wait on microwave and to refill pancake batter. Easier just to do some eggs and sausage and fruit.

We were very impressed by the room size & how well stocked it was of everyday items we may need. The beds & pillows were very comfortable & the pull-out couch was a good size & my boys said it was comfy. Hotel was clean & breakfast was excellent.

The night male front desk person was very rude upon our arrival. He was clearly upset and frustrated that we almost left. Everything worked out but had we not reserved and paid for our stay in advance, we would have left.

Bathroom floor was not swept. Shower was dripping slightly and it kept us up until we closed the door and then we didn't hear anything. Not the best breakfast bar.

Sheet were torn ,bathroom needs repairs shower head needs to be changed,stains on bed skirt

Was given a room for a specials person and it was just too much space for us. Also the shampoo and soap are placed too high on the wall in the shower. A handicapped or special needs person would not be able to reach them, especially if they are in a wheelchair. Need to move them to a lower position.
