Ease of access to DPAC, good food and the whole atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was new, super clean and comfy. Fantastic!

Because of Covid, they do not have daily cleaning. We had to wait over two hours to get them to send up some fresh towels and other items.

The atmosphere is dope. The location in general is clean and safe, very relaxing and fun.

The parking lot is kind of inconvenient but not a deal breaker to visit again..

The location is quiet and unique, yet still near downtown. The hotel is clean and room was large with good view.

The swimming pool was small and not very sunny. I was not informed of the parking fee until after the fact.

Clean and modern. Located within an easy walk of downtown. Easy parking at extra cost.

There was quite a bit of hallway noise while we were there.

Poor signage. We were a group with 3 rooms, I reserved 2. All three groups got stuck in the parking garage ramp that had a call button that didnt work and a phone number that no one answered. ALL THREE GROUPS. You have to back down a ramp. Plain stupid

The location was very nice.

The hallways were dingy and dimly lit. What was supposed to look cool and modern ended up looking slightly run down. This hotel should not be as expensive as it is and the ONLY reason it could ever command the rates they charge is because of it's location

The room wasn't what I had requested (and been promised at checking). The room had also clearly housed a smoker or vaper previously. It was freezing and the noise from the garage was awful

This hotel is modern and very clean! The cleaning lady was super nice. We stayed for 5 days and she made sure we had everything we needed. The day people up front were great as well. The restaurants were walking distance. All around great place.

We got the fish tacos and the fish tasted dry and hard to chew. Very small portions as well. It wasn't worth the 8 bucks. The night person at the front desk didn't seem friendly. He never seemed to smile or acknowledge you were there.

Friendly staff - nice bar in the hotel - great location for restaurants and seeing the Bulls - room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable

Great location to the Durham Performing Arts Center and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff!

Location. Near everything and it's wonderful to walk out to a large open area of grass as opposed to the middle of downtown (cement). Suggestions: ice cream at Parlours, loved M Kokko for dinner, cocktails on The Rooftop at Durham Hotel.

Close to medical center and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Although there was not free breakfast, the prices were reasonable.

We were in a handicapped room and I assume the layout was a little different. We could not figure out how to lower one of the blinds as it did not have a cord. Finally found the switch in the entry hall. Could hear the people above us.

Location and design

The room needed extra blankets, or if it had them, I didn't find them easily. Its a great hotel, I just turned the heat way up without the blankets. =)
