Sleep Inn Raleigh Durham Airport

Room cleaners came into my room and took my towels and wash cloths and did not return them. Then I had to go tonthebfront desk to retrieve more only to find out they only had towels available. No washcloths were available. This is unacceptable.

The best thing about the room was the shower

They have roaches, the toilet kept not flushing after you take a shower, the comforter had a blood stain on it and the 2nd comforter given to us also had a stain on it and they had no more to give us we had to use our own the manager was a idiot

Helpful manager, great location.

Noisy AC, refrigerator was unplugged and we didn’t know it, bedding was not comfortable.

Because I had children and couldn't go to the 2nd floor cause their elevator wasn't working, they changed my room two times on the first floor.

The housekeeper has to learn to be respectful and professional, a real breakfast should be served to guests not something unhealthy or not worth eating, each room I was moved to has several issues that needed to be fixed and the elevator wasn't working.

During breakfast the juice machine was broken the entire week. There should have been alternate options, such as buying larger nice containers since there is a large, nice Walmart literally less than a mile away.

THE STAFF MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE AFTER I TOLD HIM I PAID A DEPOSIT. HE TOLD ME I WAS A LIAR. THEN HE FOUND THE PAYMENT UNDER ANOTHER NUMBER. I ASKED FOR HIS MANAGER NUMBER AND HE SAID IF I DIDN'T LEAVE HE WOULD CALL POLICE.

The room smelled like mildew. I suffered through one night, but I checked out early the second day and drove home rather than spending another night there.

The room smelled like mildew. When I asked for a receipt upon checkout, the associate acted as if she did not know what I was talking about. I had to insist upon a receipt to finally get one.

It was in a great location and the staff were super helpful. The room was cleaner than I expected for the cost. We will be staying there again for sure. Clean bed, clean bathroom, clean floors. No issues w/ cleanliness. Bed was also very comfortable!

It is a little run down. Lamps were on their last leg and clock didn't work.

They charged me twice for the same room. The gym equipment was broken. The staff were rude to their guest.

The room was unsafe. It had numerous electrical hazards. It was dirty also.

This hotel is in prime location, lucky for them but As much as I have stayed in this place I have observe that the place as well as the cordiality is going down the hill.

Definitively, besides putting up with the fact that there was NO HOT WATER! Not even warm I had to take a COLD SHOWER! And on top take the rudeness of the front office attendant Brad, totally unacceptable. Telling a guest ¿get out¿ after I have spend $

This was my fav hotel, but I stop coming because of an extremely rude daytime employee, which I complaint about to management . Nothing change so I did not came to the hotel. Until recently.

The bathroom had mildew and the toilet seat definitively need a replacement. It is quite obvious that iit needs some repairs and for the price that is charging lately it does not seems worthy. I found trash in the trash can.

The clerk were rude when checking in. The carpet in the room needs cleaning. Do not like the sink iin the sleeping area.

I was looking for hot water at 9pm and flask water was warm. I expected someone take care of it and refill it with hot water every 3 or 4 hours. I'm sure no one refilled it since breakfast.
