We travel to Duke twice monthly and always stay at this hotel. It’s convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great too!

Cons -

The fire alarm triggered twice. First time around 3am and then about 2 hours later. I was not able to rest since the first time, we waited over an hour outside.
No microwave No restaurant
The disappointments were the following. - Ants - Dust on all flat surfaces - Never offered a room cleaning - Mildew in the shower - Out dated furniture

Very attractive hotel with many amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful.

I was expecting the bathroom to be a bit larger and more modern to match the hotel.

Nice modern athmosphere. Prices for beer at the bar are very reasonable. Breakfast selection is great.

Worse EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!

You Would Think For Over $300.00+ We Could AT LEAST Get A Microwave In Our Room...... And A Homeless Settlement As A View Out Of Our Window To Our 5th Floor Room ?!?!?! REALLY ?!?!?!?! So....... Day 2 At The Hotel, Rotten Bananas For Breakfast, Inedible "Food" So We Had To Go Out For Breakfast !!!! PAID For Pool Usage, POOL Was Broken And Not In Use !!!!! THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH ANY HOTEL, EVER !!!!!!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating

For the price, the room was old, the bed was like a rock, and signs of wear and tear were everywhere.
