Comfort Inn Dunn near I-95

The housekeeping staff were really nice.and the room and facility was very clean.

We were given a “cubbyhole room ( less than noted in our reservation( the regular size was reduced by the elevator. The microwave did not work as well as several wall outlets. It was next to I-95 road noise. The front desk staff were not helpful.

Price, not far off the highway (although impossible to get to without GPS), black out curtains are excellent, a/c very good, cleanliness good, staff friendly, breakfast adequate.

Disinfectant smell was absurdly strong. I used a wet towel to wipe down my floor and sink afterward to make it tolerable. Some of the pillows don't smell clean. I smelled several of them before picking one that smelled the freshest. I let staff know.

Desk staff was very attentive to our needs, which was very helpful since we are handicapped.

Very difficult to find in the dark and with all the construction.

I found the bed hard and uncomfortable, sheets felt like they used a box of starch on them, hard and scratchy. Had room 106 right next to where breakfast is prepared . Woke up to metal on metal noises. Avoid this room , unless you want to wake up early.

Road work made it difficult to get to town and back. Not the hotels fault. Southbound travel would have a very hard time

Was under construction outside .?. Room was to small and shower was small and dirty got moldy on the showe door can?t closed the shower door was broken Breakfast was borderline .I went there many times and was great but not anymore ?..

Shower needed cleaned a little better, and the hot breakfast options should be more, also would be nice if fruit was available. Pool has lots of bugs in it at night.

The location to the interstate is Wonderful! Very clean room!

The Customer Service from the night clerk was Horrible. She was very unpleasant & unprofessional!

Close to I95 and halfway point on my trip back from Fla. the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, quiet

front desk lady (jmotin) was inept. One man was checking in, and she talked and yapped for 15 minutes checking him in, while I waited. longest checkin time I've ever experienced!

2 out of the maby employees were friendly.

The hotel is in poor condition. It smells like mold. The rooms were filthy. Everything was worn down/ broken. The AC did not work properly causing the room and everything in it to feel damp. Construction all around. Pool was closed. NEVER AGAIN.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel employee at the front desk was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good variety and not bad tasting for a motel.

Room had an odor but I didn¿t complain because we were too tired to change rooms.

Location/Staff. Especially the front desk clerk , she was very personable,attentive,knowledgeable,professional and impeccably dressed which bodes well for your Brand! Breakfast server(did not get her name)was very helpful n kept area clean n stocked

The bathroom door would get jammed every time we closed it so we had to leave the door open, the tub had stains on it and the bed were very high my kids couldn¿t get on the bed by then self I had pick them up.

Good coffee and comfortable bed. Quiet for being next to the highway.

When we showed up to the hotel they could not find our reservation. It turned out that for some reason the address that was on my reservation was located in Norway. The second thing is that they double booked our room. People were in the room we had keys.

The beds were clean and comfortable

The bathroom had a pocket door that did not close and I shared the room with my teenaged daughter so a little privacy would have been welcomed.
