Very clean

Breakfast ended at 9, wish it went a little later. We missed it the first day.

Proximity to where we had to go

Elevator was not working properly and always stopped between 3 to 7 inches below level of the hallway floor. We tripped getting out of it once. Let front desk know three days in a row and it was still not fixed on day five

Cockroach, bar of soap still in the shower, unclean shower with gunk below the shelves, cockroach in AC, wall thermostat didn't do anything, yellowed pillow cases.

Staff is rude Flight canceled due to fire tried to get money back from hotel and was told by the manager. It was too much work for him to do to give me back my money so I would never book a room at this hotel again.

Location. Some rooms are better than others.

Said they don't allow guests who live within a 75 mile radius. But it says nothing at booking and charge 250$ deposit.

Quick room service and friendly front staff

People were smoking weed. The smell was terrible. The smell came down to our room which was on the other end of the hallway!

Specific to me, this hotel was perfect as it was the pickup point for a tour I was joining. Room and staff were good. I had no problems with my stay.

Hotel is an older hotel but notably has had some renovations. For those wanting to dine in hotel, there is not a restaurant. Hotel is close to I-40 so restaurants, etc. are close by.

Location is perfect, room and hotel was clean.

Rooms are not sound proof. All night I could hear guest leaving there rooms. Hear the next room flush the toilet.

I did like the fact that a really good breakfast was offered included in the room rate. The kitchen staff were very nice as well.

Convenient for trip and very clean room.

(Disclaimer: Hotel is still under construction) Outside is unkempt with trash and loitering. Potential to be wonderful property but unsettling for single travelers or those with children/teens.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part of the stay was the breakfast! I would stay there and recommend this hotel.

There were only two towels and wash cloths in the room. When you shower at night and in the morning it doesn't give them enough time to dry. The shower head needs to be a hand held to be able to rinse better.

Getting charge 2 times and have to pay a second time for the rooms even it's already been paid.

The beds were nice, as well as the evening staff.

There were people lingering in the parking lot throughout the day and night¿ it felt very unsafe. There was a loud noise in the room above us ALL night¿when I complained, the manager explained that he could have given us earplugs.

It seems under new ownership and they are renovating the rooms. New furniture was being delivered on the day we left. Hopefully the staff will also be getting some training.

There was not an onsite restaurant as stated in the amenities. For the most part the staff was less than friendly. The "Hot" breakfast was cold (cold eggs, sausage and bacon) on 2 out of the 3 days. The key cards seemed to only work once, replaced 4x.

Great location. The hotel was being renovated, but everything was clean, new, and the staff very professional. Great job!!

Will definitely stay here again while traveling routinely in that area.

Was close enough to many shopping and dining locations.

Our room did not include a shower curtain so we had to take baths as soon as we got in because we had been gem mining all day. Not very convenient. Old remodeled location that was ok for just one night.

1st room smelled like paint fumes and cleaner made us sick 2nd still smelled but decided to try it.not even as clean as pre covid aceptable would have rather slept in car but parking lot looked like it was for an abandoned building!
