Cypress Inn & Suites Washington by OYO

The hotel was the place me and my husband use to go all the time before we got married it was called the Lemon Tree Inn then wanted to go back for our Anniversary brought back memories! But will be my very last time ever going back there!!!!

Door hard to close there was no eating table in the room. the Pillow linens stained,bugs in corners of room the dresser drawers were not cleaned.The bathroom sink stopper was stuck let water out etc only dealt with because of memories the last time ever

First room I was given wasn¿t even cleaned. The next room was a room and that was it! Advertised on website of a breakfast. Employee said it hasn¿t been available for a year ( but still listed) It was cheap but the worse $--- I spent . Never again!

Good location as a halfway point to our destination. The room was clean.

We were put in a room next to what appeared to be a long term resident of the hotel. The staff did not seem to consider that out of town visitor would prefer to not share a wall with residents. The room next to us was very loud

The ice

Didn't like the fact I paid my money in they put me in a out of order room

Quiet room, clean bed and sheets, comfortable, personable and accomodaiting staff. Perfect location

Carpet was gross and felt unsafe to walk on with no shoes. Ac was not on when I got the room, took 6 to 7 hours to cool down, over 90 in there.steps to second floor in code violation and must be fixed or condemed immediately.

Staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. It isn't always easy to find an affordable and nice room while traveling with dogs, but this crew managed to deliver! Also, there is a dog park less than a mile away!!

The ice machine was broken, BUT the gentleman at the front counter apologized AND had already picked up ice from somewhere else to offer to the hotel guests. Can't even really count this as a negative when they worked so diligently to fix the problem!

Bed was soft and sagged. Toilet handle stuck. No breakfast because of COVID.

Good water pressure

Cigarette ashes dumped on the floor lamp stand. Room hadn’t been cleaned good. White powder all over mini fridge and coffee pot. Not enough light in room. Missing one lamp.

front desk staff very accommodating. Found a room meeting our requests (floor, side of building, etc).

The customer service was wonderful on third shift, not so much in the A.M.

overall cleanliness and maintenance. This motel needs some money put into it. Wyndham needs to make a surprise visit and randomly pick rooms to look out.

It was an old mess. It was very run down and didn't have a wash cloth.

Bad condition in room and food. Pool is closed.

Was very close to my destination and price was reasonable

Requested non smoking room, allergic to Smoke got a smoking room carpet dirty and bugs on window sill and dead bugs in bathroom. Old bed covers. Dirty sidewalks, needs painting, very run down.

Location was good staff were accomidating

door did not shut unless you slammed it shut. blow dryer did not work. hard to find as not on map. area was not the best.

The room was clean and the price was right.

It was a little out of the way and hard to find.

There are no restaurants / convenience stores nearby after hours.

Friendly staff and large room.

There were no facial tissues in the room.
