Spacious room
Couch had stains to the point we felt uncomfortable even sitting on it. It was quite nasty.

The property and location was nice
After arriving to the hotel, I was told that I wasn’t getting the room I was assigned to by booking.com bc it was first come first serve. I wish I would have known that. And I ended having to stay in a handy cap room. Then towards the end of my stay my badge kept deactivating and I had to go to the 4th floor twice. So imagine that!

Room was clean. But one elevator was not working.
Compared to other Hyatt Place that I have stayed in the past, this one has not met my expectation in regards to almost everything. Specifically they did not offer 24/7 coffee services in the lobby as is common in other Hyatt Place hotels.

The location was great. Breakfast was pretty good and fresh. Just needed some seasoning.
I didn't like that only one elevator was working. There were no telephones in the room. When I asked staff, they said that due to renovations, all telephones were removed. Thank God, it wasn't an emergency. Also, in our room, there wasn't an extra pillow or sheets blanket for our pull out couch. Staff stated they were sold out, so there are no additional bedding. Thank God she found a top sheet and thin blanket.

Zero extra blankets for the couch bed, when asked was told they didn’t have any extras. Room was dusty and not very well cleaned at all. Furniture in lobby looks very worn and dirty, breakfast was cold and hard .

Easy access from the road. The room was very big and the beds were extremely comfortable.
