I liked that the staff was friendly. The hotel was nice.
What I didn’t like was that the hotel charged me extra when I didn’t authorize the payment. I was told to pay $50 for incidentals. Which is fine.. I travel enough to know that was part of it. However, when I looked into my bank account, I was charged an additional $185 after I clicked on pay in full now from booking.com. When I called the hotel and told them that I had already paid for the hotel prior to arrival, they said that sometimes there is a “glitch” either with my card or booking.com/third parties. It was a major disappointment because I have used booking.com over and over and never had a problem until this hotel. They said that I will get my money back. We will see. I am not happy.

Location and spacious rooms.
No ice machines nor microwave in room. Paying to park was unnecessary but another way to get money.

Very clean and nice location
The pay parking was not expected and kind of funny $10.00 to park for 24 hours plus $1.99 service fee for the convenience of paying I guess. LOLI guess if you are using the parking lot to not pay to park at the airport that’s a deal. I just stayed one night for a concert so the airport was irrelevant to me.

Room seemed like it has just been renovated. Very clean in the room and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional!
Hotel under renovation so some dust and uncleanliness in common spaces.
