The location was perfect! Near restaurants and Target.

The pool was very small.

Very clean and modern. Great free parking, safe, well lit area. Location excellent with food and shopping close by. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was well appointed. Towels were clean and very nice. Liked the soap and conditioner dispensers

Very nice hotel. It was clean and in a very good location.

We are wheelchair users and I was told I would have a roll-in shower on the phone before I got there. When I got there, there was no roll-in shower or shower chair. Very very disappointing.

Well maintained hotel, with gorgeous lobby, nice rooms, friendly staff and comfortable beds, largely empty when I visited. The location is on the edge of a "town center" shopping center with all the suburban trappings.

The entrance/ext is a bit tricky.

Had slight issue with billing but was corrected after a few days.

Upon arrival we was greeted by (supervisor) and hotel employee! Amazing experience from them both! We checked in and heading to the bar were we met WOW !!! He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We both were amazed at the experience we had overall!

Modern, clean, efficient, quiet. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance if you don't mind dodging cars. Not very scenic, but not really needed on this trip. Definitely need a car at this location.

The overall property was great. I loved how comfortable the king size bed was. What brand and type of bed was it? My only complaint was the thermostat. I read the message by the thermostat that said the unit needed to continue to run due the 2018 law to have continuous fresh air. I just didn't like that it had to continuously run, unless I was doing something wrong.

Everyone is so nice and beds are so very comfy.The rooms are large and extremely clean.

Breakfast was not included with the stay. My main concern , was that when I opened the closet door , the mirror glued to the door fell and hit me below the eye . This was extremely dangerous and painful . I called the front desk to make a complaint , not much was done but stated she will let the maintenance engineer know . It was disappointing . It was so close at injuring my eye . It fell directly on the bridge of my nose . Very painful , and taken lightly by the representative .

Excellent experience overall. Convenient to Cary, Raleigh & Durham.

The property was immaculate outside and inside ! I loved the room, the decor and overall cleanliness ! I have never stayed in a Courtyard Marriott , but if they are all like this one, I will definitely return! Great job Courtyard !
