Good price, good location and very dog friendly

several of the ice machines were not working and everything looked rather old

The mean reason I always pick this hotel because your pet stays free

Not having a fridge and a microwave have to pay extra for them and you have to pay extra for a second pet now

We stayed five days at this hotel and every day the staff has been accommodating, very friendly given us all the towels we needed. Very quiet stay. Clean and definitely recommend staying here very comfortable. Love the beds.

Mold Stank Elevator broken Hallway nasty and stinky

It's convenient to the interstate and there's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

Not really other than I thought there was water under the sink that I stepped in. Thecarpet seemed wet. I noticed it late at night I didn't see anything leaking I reported it to a desk clerk the next day but just something that management wantsto attendto

We were roomed on the 4th floor. , unaware that the elevator was out of service. The first floor seemed to be long term assisted living . One of the stairways smelled horrible, stomach turning. Smelled like vomit and sewer.

Didn¿t know I could¿ve called to check out but east check in and check out process I like how it is pet friendly too

There wasn¿t pictures of how the ADA bathrooms look like. All pictures I¿ve found were all the same on each booking except for rooms with 2 beds that shows the 2.

Elevator has been broken for 4 months. Management refuse to get it fixed. So guests has to walk up 2, 3, 4 flights of stairs with a arm load of luggage's to get to their room.

It was very clean the bed was awesome I slept very comfortably I would definitely stay there again.....they provided family size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and conditioner the free breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage and bacon and hash browns....d

The room I booked wasto of had a Fridge and Microwave. It had neither. I was told that it would be extra more money for each, bate and switch deal.

The staff is very accommodating to guests and I enjoy the fact that it's very convenient for me to meet my son or clients. I can bring my service dog with me and it has been nice and quiet, clean, private, and reasonable.

Paid for upgrade I did not receive,Motel said I was lying that I DID receive upgrade. Think I would notice if I had refrigerator and microwave. Only one out of three ice machines worked, remote did not work

Good location near a mall and places to eat.

The day after I checked in someone from housekeeping came in my room. They obviously came in looking for valuables as NOTHING was cleaned. My suitcases had been moved and looked through. I alerted management and kept staff from my room for the duration.

They fix my room I had book a double but the room was a king so the man still gave a double

I liked the location of the hotel because it had a lot of stores and restaurants close to it. I liked that the floors were not carpeted. They let us change to another room because the other one was so dirty and had mold all over the ceiling.

I have done a lot of traveling and this has been one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The whole place is outdated and moldy and the staff is not very friendly. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirt food crumbs under the bed.
