- The hotel was not clean. There was a dirty diaper in the bathroom and dust everywhere. We paid for a suite with a kitchen, but I didn't know that cooking supplies and utensils are not included in the room, and are available for rent at an additional fee.

- Check in took over an hour. My first room smelled like smoke the second night. The lobby was closed at 9 PM. My key was demagnetized. It took me over an hour to get into my room.
