Dirty and broken elevator for the second time that we stayed there a few months ago

There is no elevator in this hotel. We were on the third floor. Had to drag our bags up a dirty dark stairwell. Unacceptable!

Not a lot. Needs a lot of TLC. Worst hotel I?ve ever stayed at in the best location.

Elevator was broken, ceiling leaked, carpet was nasty, staff was unprofessional. Seriously bad hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Staff was nice.

This hotel was SUPER old and dirty. I expect more from a Hampton Inn. I was very disappointed.

Cookies, fruit and water available in the lobby. Hot breakfast each morning.

It was exactly what was advertised.

We stayed in room 300.

We stayed in room 300. It was disgusting. Beds were soft, the chair was soiled with unidentified stains, the walls had splatters of dark mud or something, the shower was luke warm at best, and breakfast was not good. It was nasty.

Front desk staff was great. There was a water main break in the area & water was shut off at this hotel. Check-in was interrupted, the staff needed to clear all water lines. Front desk staff kept their cool & did everything possible to accommodate guests.

This hotel is in dire need of updating. Rooms, furnishings, carpeting all seem old/outdated. We're big fans of Hampton Inns, yet this location looked like it hadn't been refreshed in a long time.

The handicap chair caused me to fall . The staff was helpful but they just have zero training to deal with an amputee and there showering needd

The handicap showers need up dating. Frankly I should receive a refund

The staff was very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable about what you want

No just that my toilet wasn't working properly but it was a pleasure to have stayed there

Toilet seat was quite loose. Laundry coin operated no coin at front desk

It¿s a clean room, Location is good for where I need to do my business. The staff are very good and accommodating. breakfast food is good and server was excellent in her role.

Outdated, worn out carpet, damp/ musty smell

Only one bed in the room. Ice machines out of order.

I was traveling with grandchildren and specifically chose this location for a Pool... NO POOL !! The pool was closed. I will NEVER book with this hotel again. There was also a huge pile of dirty sheets in front of the elevator the whole stay. Awful!

Employees were terrific and very helpful.

The drug bust on property. Ants and roaches all over the building.

When we arrived the pool was out of service they recommended a place somewhere else that charges$4 per person. You have to request room service. You have to put your garbage and used towels outside the room for pickup and there were roaches in ourroom 208

Location was good and the staff were friendly.

Upon shutting the door, the door handle immediately came off in my hand. Toenails on the carpet along with coffee stir sticks, had to keep removing toilet tank cover to get the tank to fill up.

This hotel was clean and very quiet. The staff was excellent and there was a girl  that went out of her way to do things for us. The only minor complaint is that during the breakfast buffet, it was so crowded and they ran out of food early.

Breakfast buffet not great, they ran out of many foods extremely early in the morning.

Other than the location to my relative, and the front desk staff there was nothing good about this hotel. The building was outdated in every way, no vents in the bath room, no cleaning on the holiday because of Covid-19. No hot water for tea.

This hotel needs to come Up to The Hampton Inn basic standards at the least.
