How pretty it was. And that there was a door to the bedroom part that helped keep the noise from the atrium for disturbing our sleep.

Our temperature gauge was broken it was cold in the room could not reset the temperature in the room.

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Extremely uncomfortable. Booked the premium room. I had to ask for the snack package.

Great care with cleanliness is taken in this hotel with not only the rooms, but also the in common and dining areas. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was constantly refilled.

The cloth chairs in the lobby need to be shampooed and cleaned (pillows and cushions had a dirty smell and some spills) and elevator floors needed mopping where people spilled liquids.

Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff. Super clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Our floor was quiet so we were able to rest and sleep at night. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of delicious food to choose from. We love the sitting areas in the lobby - spacious and nicely decorated.

The first evening, our refrigerator was not cold and left a puddle on the floor. The hotel replaced it right away. The replaced one got cold but also left a puddle on the floor the next day. We needed to refrigerate our medication. We let the staff know.

Location

Check in was not done properly.we were told to sit and wait while other guests checked in before us. When iI Questioned they said they had a room. The shower did not drain properly, I had to shower in three inches of water The faucet was loose

Most of Staff was great and efficient with handling any issues. Hotel was clean and pool area was clean as well as gym.

It had a good location for outdoor recreation and dining options with a friendly staff.

The bathroom had missing floorboards and a weird blue foam in the bathtub.

I liked the location, the quick check in, and that they offered breakfast.

I did not like that the plumbing was messed up. After I took a shower, the standing water did not go out. I let the front desk know. They came and fixed the tub but then the toliet overflowed every time I flushed it. Noone came to fix the toliet or cle

This stay was excellent. The room was clean,neat and welcoming. I missed the breakfast not realizing it ended at 9 AM. The manager went above and beyond, got coffee a muffin and fruit for me. I was happy and felt so special. I didn't get his name. But WOW
