Comfort Inn & Suites Brevard North

Breakfast was good. They offered cereal, oatmeal, waffles, premade cheese omelettes, waffles and bagels, and yogurt. Coffee was offered 24/7.

Our room had ants, but this is the time of year for them.

The location was absolutely perfect. In good proximity to shops, restaurants and fishing! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the room exceeded expectation! Large, comfortable and super clean.

The eggs at breakfast had velveeta cheese in them haha. That was the worst part and that's a VERY minor complaint.

Very quiet, located in safe area, convenient to town & restaurants, comfortable beds, very nice hotel. Will stay again.

Basic breakfast was ok, but quality could be better. Like the waffles, not the eggs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable and included breakfast. Nice experience.

friendly and ever helpful staff.

More choices for hot breakfast would have been good, but a Waffle House was within walking distance.

good location room was large and clean

poor parking

I was told I would have a full refund to stay elsewhere due to TV not working. This has not been honored and I am disputing charge with Bank of America because the hotel is still charging me $166.51.

Good Location, decent parking

No cleaning service for 2nd day. Breakfast start late, and ran out of many items quickly. Service staff seemed to be poorly managd.

I used to stay here when it was under another name it was nice but since becoming a Choice Hotel it¿s great! Will stay again when I come to visit family.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean and modern. I was very comfortable.

The fire alarm went off at 4am and if there was a fire that would¿ve been a good thing.

Very nice rooms, lobby and breakfast area.

Clean,comfortable,good location.

Staff less than professional. Poor attention to detail. Breakfast bar poorly attended to. Didn't keep up with guest demand.

Neat, clean, modern

Beds were comfortable.

Put in the wrong room because they had none of the room I paid for. By 8 am all breakfast was gone. They brought food out 1 other time in the hour we were down there but not enough to go around. No coffee creamer. Insane. Rude front desk clerk.

I like the fact that the hotel room was pretty clean. Did not like the fact that breakfast was not replenished on time for other guests. Staff in charge would just look around but waited a while to bring items ( eggs, sausages) to the counters.

One of the front desk staff was tremendously rude. I walked in at about 2:30pm , greeted her and her immediate rude response was ¿ I can not check in anybody until 3pm!¿ I just said ok and walked out because she didn¿t even offered me to stay and wait

It¿s location and availability

The rooms are beautiful but never clean as they should be... they say ¿hot breakfast¿ but all they offer is hot grits/oatmeal you have to make yourself and coffee. They have workers living in the hotel; but don¿t provide a proper breakfast?

Clean Front Desk

room keys did not work

Clean Location comfortable bed Pleasant staff

Noisy disappointing breakfast

Location was close to destinations. Great parking and area felt safe. Overall the appearance of the hotel was nice.

Staff was a bit rude there was a fight between employees in the back going on at check in. Room was ¿clean¿ but bedding definitely had not been changed. Found other peoples hair all over sheets and blankets. (Several types of hair) bed was made.

Newer, so updated rooms.

They, like so many others, are still using covid as an excuse to cheap out on breakfast. It's past time to ramp back up to full service. The room was too expensive for minimal service. Fitness room is minimal. Front desk staff often hard to find.
