Sleep Inn Boone University Area

Hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good and staff was wonderful!

Size of the room, price, and cleanliness.

Very low water pressure. Could barely take a shower. They didn't have the omelets that they normally have for breakfast.

front desk staff was personable and helpful, went above and beyond to help me find lost items (although they were never found).

forgot some items in the room which were not put in the lost-and-found.

The check in desk and managers are attentive and caring.

When we came down for breakfast, only a half hour after it opened, there was Jo hot food. The employee informed us that more food would be ready in 15minutes. We left and came back down and there was still no hot food 20minutes later.

Every encounter with the staff was pleasant. This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Bed/pillows were comfortable, ample towels were provided each day. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Left my jacket and staff help return it

If I had to pick something...there isn't a fan in the bathroom and the doors leading to the hallway are loud when closing, which makes it a little noisy at times.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, greatly appreciated the EV charger

Location

Shower turned cold, no egg option without cheese on Saturday, no cash option to pay at hotel.

Clean Quiet Helpful staff

Getting out of “driveway” going south or west.

Very nice and clean. Had couch in room

Coffee was cold

Good quality, good price.

I don't like these new V-carts for toting your items to your room. Old style works best. Items easy fall off this style.

Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast and the bottles of water.

Location and staff

Coffee could be hotter

Courtesy,honest, clean, in great repair.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

The staff was more than accommodating. I wanted a quieter room and they were able to provide it.

Next to a main road and you could hear traffic. Seemed like an old building with thin windows. Rusty door hinges in the bathroom and the water faucet was not responsive. It was either blazing hot or frigid cold. It was hard to get it where you wanted.

It wasn't terrible.

They get fresh air to the rooms through the PTAC units and the smoking area was directly below our room. The cigarette smoke was pulled into our room through the PTAC every time someone was outside smoking.

location

room wasn't clean. Soap left in shower from previous guest. chip bags under chair. Mold, and mildew bathroom floor.

Clean and comfy

The shower didn¿t drain right which caused some overflow and made the door swell up and had to close

It¿s such a great location to the college and the staff was so a Accommodating Out second stay we we need back Namaste¿

We needed more towels in the room

The hotel was clean and updated. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.

The rooms had a modern feel, but there were no ports to charge cell phones. Also the fan on the a/c unit wouldn¿t stay ¿on¿, and was a little noisy when it turned itself on and off.
