Pros +
- Kind employees. Very unkind management. Did not keep their word & spoke to me without any empathy or compassion. Had to find another hotel & pay for 2 hotels b/c the road was blocked to the Inn.
- Getting moved from a hotel room to a cottage due to not having a fridge and microwave in hotel room
- Presidential suite was excellent
Cons -
- Employee offered refund if I couldnt make it. Road was blocked to Inn, but management has been very rude to me & refuse to refund even though it wasn¿t my fault and I was told I would be refunded. Employees were very kind & understanding, not manager.
- For price hotel was not what we expected the cottage was comfy but lack of cooking stuff lack of refillable soap, dish soap, trash bags and everything I feel needed to be updated
- Lack of staff for Resturant to be open¿ was looking forward to not having to leave the hotel, and enjoying the advertised menu.

Forest vibes and room size.
Breakfast was just pickup, despite them having a restaurant.
The location, the grounds, the room¿were all delightful!
They were still serving a grab and go breakfast, And I know in the past their breakfasts were way above average.
Location is beautiful, setting is peaceful and serene
We've stayed here before - the rooms have poor sound barriers.
The hotel is in need of a major remodel. The decor is dated and tired. The breakfast area is too small and ran out of items several times. The room and entry doors all need closers since they slam at all hours of the day and night. Not the best hotel .
The Grandfather Suite was large with an excellent view.
The hotel seems dated in many ways.
beautiful location
hair in the bathtub, dirty K-cup left in the coffee machine, not replenishing the coffee the next day, musty smell, running the vacuum cleaner outside our door before 9:30. Not to be a hotel snob but this one not nearly worth the price.
BOOKED TWO ROOMS. BOTH WERE VERY NICE.
SCARY ELEVATOR. WE WALKED UP TO THE THIRD FLOOR. I NEEDED THE EXERCISE ANY WAY.
Charming hotel, courteous staff, good bfast, comfortable accommodations for family
Furniture needs to be updated- blinds were broken, but was fine for our stay
Great setting and views of mountains. Well laid out rooms, large and spacious (at least ours was).
Nice setting, atmosphere. In need of room remodel.Smoking issues w/next door renters. Hallway smokey, it got into our room.Front desk seemed to not care. Restaurant was plain/not much too it. Breakfast was decent. Great setting, good pricing. Would go back
It is secluded. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is your place, but if you want to be close to town do not stay here. It is a long and winding road to get to it.
The indoor pool was cold.
The overall experience was excellent. The main building was wonderful.
The cabin (room)was very plain and the TV was old style
The location of the hotel was extremely nice. Restaraunt is a 5 star dinning experience. The staff was exceptionally on point with every detail and very helpful. Too much to list about everything I enjoyed about this hotel.
Can't think of anything.
One of the females at the front desk was rude when we arrived. The girl who checked me in was very pleasant though. The room was clean but the spa area and pool area looked as if no one had cleaned in a year or more.
The view and breakfast
The bathrooms were adequate nothng special but had a few spiders.
Girls at the front desk were great - "The Table" restaurant was awesome, really good food, great bartender & very knowledgeable wait staff. Really enjoyed - my accommodations - very clean, roomy (couch a little lumpy) any need staff was there to take care
napkins at the morning breakfast buffet ( way too small)
beautiful setting, quiet
breakfast was below average. needed some fresh fruit
