Meadowbrook Inn

Bathroom door would not close. Noisy area right by stairway. Furnace very loud.

The hotel and room were immaculate! Large and comfy rooms. Lots of nooks in and outside of hotel for sitting and chatting. Beautiful grounds.

Pool a little cold but large and not crowded. Breakfast was ok but could have been a little more availability.

Breakfast was very nice and yummy! Room was nice and clean.

Elevators were not working, we had person with COPD in group that could not take luggage up 3 flights of stairs, however front desk was able to move us to 1 st floor which we appreciated greatly! Directions to the downstairs dining area were incorrect.

This place was great in its heyday! It¿s what I call a faded beauty. Our room was worn out dated. Mattresses need replacing they are old. Bathroom was surprisingly very updated. Curtains looked homemade.

It was way over-priced it.It lived up to it's 3 star rating but for the price it was very disappointing. We asked for the spa room. The picture showed a jacuzzi but we ended up with a small regular sized tube with jets. My husband didn't even bother using

Spacious suite in beautiful mountain Inn. A cut above the normal hotel. Worth the ratings and cost. We will make this our spot when visiting Blowing Rock.

There was nothing we did not like.

It was close to downtown.

Thre hotel needs a major overhaul. The bathroom was nice, but the carpet was old and stained. I would stay in a newer hotel next time for sure for the price. The breakfast was ok.

Very clean and breakfast was excellent.

The HVAC system ran on a thermostat- it wasn't a window unit but was worse. It blew intermittently and when it did it roared, when it wasn't blowing it was stifling. Our room window was made of glass blocks that you can't see through. Staff didn't care

We loved the location and the 2 other venues...excellent restaurant and very nice wine tasting/drinking area. All places had lovely views. The breakfasts were delicious - especially the scones. The staff was always helpful, friendly and polite.

It was in a great location and overall nice.

There is no sound proofing. We didn’t sleep well as the people next door were blasting their TV and talking very loudly. The fact that they have tile by front door and there was a door connecting the rooms made the sound travel and ruined our experience

Did not get the room I had expected to get. No accommodations made. On arrival at 1am control to the TV not working. Had to pay to have a microwave in the room.

Covid was overdone. Many amenities were not available. No made up rooms or replenished supplies

Great location, nice hotel and has had some remodeling, new lobby furniture and and new bedding since we've been last.

I understand not being able to have a buffet breakfast, but the hikers bag breakfast left a lot to be desired. The was the only downfall.

Location is great. Walk to downtown shops and restaurants...breakfast was super nice too.

We were placed in a room next to the central air. When the AC cut on, it sounded like someone was banging on the door

The location was right on the middle of Blowing Rock, which was great. You could walk to several businesses.

Bed was a little stiff

In the heart of Blowing Rock with an easy and short walk to the village. Great park in the center of town for the children to play. Friendly and helpful staff, Good breakfast!

It's always nice having a good feeling about the room you rented, but even better when it exceeds your expectations. Great location in relation to the town, everything was walking distance. The room was clean and the pool was nice. Staff was friendly and
