Clean, classic room. Great shower/water pressure. Friendly staff

No exterior electric outlets to charge an EV. (Did not expect to have one as it was not a specified amenity)

I love the location. I visit Blowing Rock every year for a car show called Zdayz and it happens just across the street. So this was an excellent location

We liked the location of the hotel and how quite it was. The space of the room was good as well. And we liked the view we had.

The bed was very firm which some people might like but it was too firm for us.The towel wrack wasn't properly installed and fell off when trying to hang a towel.There was no housekeeping while we stayed. The room was clean when we first arrived though.

Place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the stay.

The air conditioner was too loud.

The price was great. The view was awesome.

My only issue was the carpet in front of the bed. Me and my wife tripped over it multiple times. Luckily we didn’t fall.

It was old. We were there in cold weather and freezing wind gets inside through the edges of the AC. We were super cold all night. Also the ac are old and not enough for a winter night. The “lobby” is always closed

Very steep hill with very sharp turn into the parking lot. It was wet and slippery when we visited

The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are always clean and you can't be the location.

The staff was very hospitable and the location is difficult to beat.

The only problem we had was the tub/shower backed up with water a little bit but was quickly fixed.

If you are looking for a cookie-cutter hotel chain, look elsewhere. But if you want a stay that defines true hospitality, Cliff Dwellers Inn is the place to be.To me, a 5-star rating isn't about how new the drywall is or whether it looks like every other Holiday Inn across the country. It is about the quality of service, the warmth of the atmosphere, and the care put into the guest experience. By that definition, Cliff Dwellers is a gold standard.Darrin was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and kept in constant communication with us, making sure every detail of our arrival and stay was seamless.The accommodations are charming and cozy exactly what you want when escaping to a place like this. It feels like a home away from home rather than a sterile box.the inn has character, the rooms were impeccably clean. You can tell the staff takes great pride in the upkeep and it is such a relief to find a high quality place that truly welcomes four-legged family members. They made traveling with our pet easy and stress free. You couldn’t ask for a better spot. We were right where we needed to be to enjoy the best of the area. Don't let the "big chains" fool you. If you value genuine human connection, a peaceful atmosphere, and a team that goes above and beyond, book a stay here. Thank you, Darrin and team, for making our trip so special!

The location and I was surprised on how big our room was.

The hill is a bit scary to go up and down if it’s icy out.
