Location, early check in available. Cleanliness. Beautiful view out the windows.

The bathroom set up was awesome! Loved the walk in shower, the shelf drawers for my stuff & the shelf above the sink. Very well arranged!!!!! Enjoyed breakfast. There was a little private nook area away from front desk where I could go read my book.

It is right next to I40 and the traffic was loud even with the included white noise machine. We still slept okay though.

Great breakfast . Very friendly staff. Very clean. Though it was close to the interstate they had thoughtfully placed a white noise machine in the room. Kudos to the management.

Coffee available in lobby 24/7, ease of access to needed items, great breakfast, availability of front desk personnel. I guess I would have to say the whole Libby experience was great. That is unusual.

It felt new, clean and comfortable. We sat in the lobby and played games and had a great time.

Have never heard of having to pre-pay for incidentals even if you don¿t want any. First time in a hotel where you had to pre-book your housekeeping service, which was limited to the hours between 10am & 2pm.

Was initially put in handicapped room which proved to be problematic. then was moved to a more appropriate room and was much more comfortable.

Room not ready until 4:00pm, tub not as clean as it should have been. Pool area had hair, dirt everywhere. Asked for towels for my room, never got them. A white cooler w/beverages sat on sidewalk for the 2 days I was there. Should have been picked up!

Super clean! It was the best Hampton Inn I ever stayed. They have white noise, night light inside the bathroom and the was super nice . The breakfast Covid like was good at least they have sausage and biscuits , eggs and other stuff . I love it !

I like everything about this hotel ! There¿s nothing Missing . I hope they will have always like this . Will be back again for sure . Great location and beautiful black mountains.

Hotel employee who checked us in was wonderful, sweet and friendly! Location is perfect for walking into town (take advantage of you are staying and support local coffee/breweries/restaurants!). Room had a very nice white noise machine as well!

The bathroom does not have a ventilation fan, and although the hotel is very new, black mold was starting to form near the sliding doors of the shower.

Clean, helpful staff. Adjusted to COVID requirements well.

Could hear traffic noise from interstate. Might have been better to choose lower floor.
