July 18, 2025 The bed was clean and made beautifully. The room needs to be cleaned. Would be better to rebuild; it is a wonderful location!

It is close to our family. Clean, quiet. Great staff!

Barely hot water for showers each night is unacceptable for a hotel like this.

My room was very clean...the beds had very white crisp sheets and blankets...the floors were clean...the bathroom was very clean...

My only complaint was the toilet seat was not on straight...so if you sat down your thigh would touch the bowl...

The floors in the hotel were being redone, I wish that had been disclosed because there was an odor from the work. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed, but overall it wasnt a big deal.

Breakfast was our favorite! Rooms were clean and very convenient to Belmont Abbey College for our tour!

The location was perfect for us. We attended the ACC Championship football game and wanted something out of the city but still close by. All of the staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Breakfast was offered but we slept in and didn't partake.

Location was great! I liked the gym and breakfast. The woman who runs the breakfast is the most nicest person ever. She puts a lot of pride into her job.

I didn¿t like how dirty and moldy the rooms are. Black and pink mold in the showers. The filters aren¿t being changed in the air conditioning. Mirrors were so dirty. The floors were so dirty. Bathroom is the worst thing about the rooms.

I liked the location of the hotel and that it had a good breakfast.

We had an issue with the musky mold smell coming out of the air conditioner. So much mold in the ceilings and walls in room. The bathtub mold was really bad. We had major issues with breathing and ended up with sore throats.

It was close to where we wanted to be, price was in our budget, breakfast was very good, and staff was friendly.

Our room smelled mildest as they had had a pipe burst in the 1st floor and hadn¿t had time to have all the carpets cleaned.
