location, staff and hotel was clean

The room was gorgeous and spacious(we stayed in the disabled reserved room due to my Mom). The room itself was beautiful(it's a newer hotel), however, the cleanliness was lacking.

Two of the (3)towels given were dirty with big orange/brown stains. And the bathroom was not really clean. Toilet stopped up and the hotel only had (1)plunger. Besides that the staff was very kind and helpful. Again beautiful hotel/convenient location.

The mattress was so horrible I hurt every morning I got up. The fold out was a little better. Hurting from trying to sleep and constantly waking up overshadows everything else about the stay.

Where it was. Close to my family home

It had bugs in the room. The breakfast they had was cold and mad my family sick. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

Grits were good. Eggs not so great. Overall typical hotel experience.

The staff was great! Breakfast was great and bed was comfortable and hotel was clean and location was great!

Great hotel, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, highly recommended! I would stay there again which I would not say for all hotels. Great location. The nice lady that does breakfast is the best! She is so friendly. Also the nice lady 9n the desk 3 to 11mfrom Cincinnati is just awesome.

Breakfast was good and fresh; staff was friendly; I felt safe traveling alone as a woman.

I didnt like small children shouting in the hallway at 8 a.m. Maybe ask parents to supervise children outside the rooms?
