We booked this hotel expecting the pool and rec room to be accessible. When we checked in, nothing was said of those amenities being unavailable. Nothing noted on the website/booking page of the amenities being unavailable either.
Very spacious rooms, very cozy, room was warm and inviting when we first got there. The complimentary shuttle between hotel and resort was very nice. The view was great.
The only complaint I have is that this hotel was tucked away back in the mountain. Tough to get to if snowing and your vehicle cannot handle it.

The location of the hotel made it convenient to visit a variety of attractions.
They should have advertised that they do not have air conditioning. We went in June, and the first night we were a little hot. They provided us with two box fans. One broke; I asked for it to be replaced. They promised they would, but they never did.
